Does this make any sense? Why would they bother contacting my references if they thought I wasn’t qualified based on my interview performance?
I know it’s possible that one of my references said something negative, but I doubt it. They were all managers in my office or an office I’ve collaborated with and performed well for.
Something doesn’t add up to me.
I am a new user of CBA pedals with guitar and have seen in the field guides that they can be used with MIDI. I’ve never used MIDI before and don’t know where to even begin, but I am interested because of how many presets one can save. Can someone please tell me where I can RTFM?
Shout out to these pants. They are amazing. Found in Sacramento and only $16. They fit great like a casual pair of jeans but I can wear them to the office. I went back and bought two more pair.

I accepted a position at a different agency than the one I work at now. I already gave a two week notice and will be parting amicably with my current employer.
I was thinking today though, if I started the new job and just disappeared from where I am at now would anything bad happen as far as benefits or retirement? I can’t imagine this hasn’t happened before.

The PastFX sounds amazing and is esthetically too cool. I have a Boss CE-3 which I think is great but I have always wanted a CE-1 style pedal. There are a lot of options out there but this is what I went for and I’m glad I did. I think the chorus and vibrato from this are top notch.
Brothers AM is just so much fun to play. I love all the options and combinations that are available. I know there are cheaper King of Tone clones out there but the flexibility of this one was what drew me in.
Bought a Phillips/Norelco OneBlade shaver, there was this religious pamphlet in the box.
I’m guessing some shopper got the calling to slide literature in boxes to try and spread the word about Mickey Mantle.
I think it’s odd what some peoples deity of choice has them do, I’m kind of undecided about the shaver.
I had my SM in April. I’m glad I did it, but recovery has had its ups and downs. I sometimes still get chest pain or shortness of breath when active. My cardiologist said it is not an emergency unless it persists for 5 minutes or more and it never has. My surgeon said my heart will continue to heal for a year, so perhaps this is why I still have symptoms sometimes.
My incision still is quite uncomfortable. Sometimes just my shirt brushing against it is really irritating.
I’m curious what others’ recoveries have looked like.
I don’t regret the surgery at all. I’m 41 and would rather have it done now than later. Mevacamtin was discussed but I was told with my case, it would at best buy me time before I eventually would have to get the SM. I decided just to get the surgery.
I’m also curious if there support groups for people that have gotten this surgery. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. It’s a strange new world in some ways.
I gave mine trazadone a little bit ago. The fireworks were becoming non stop, and although his barking doesn’t bother me I have noticed during previous 4ths and NYEs that the constant booming makes mine distressed. He is sleeping peacefully on the couch now.
This pedal is awesome. It is an excellent Rat clone on its own, but the additional gain and voice options are where it really shines in my opinion. I love setting it to one of the “turbo modes.” Even with the gain only at about 10 o’clock it screams and gets better the more it is cranked.
This is my first Wampler pedal and I feel like I’ve been missing out on greatness. Now to further ponder the age old question “how many drive pedals do I really need?” because there are already a few more dirt boxes from this builder that I have my eye on.

Pretty cool pedal. I’ve been stacking it with my klone and the two sound incredible together. I plan to use just the Fumble with my amp near break up to explore those kinds of sounds but will probably have to wait until the weekend. 10/10, I really like it.
