I pulled Phainon's light cone for Xueyi earlier and now I'm curious about how it would perform on Gilgamesh
I'm thinking the high base attack, defense ignore, and base speed on Phainon's should make it fairly close to Gilgamesh's, even without the ER and crit damage buff?
It may not be the most cost efficient and slightly jank, but maybe I'm cooking something here?
For the crit damage buff, Elation buff (s1), and even res pen (e1)
