Are the trades a good idea for a woman that might be facing charges?

Unfortunately I made a stupid mistake and might be facing a couple of felonies and probation. Haven’t been charged but I’m currently searching on what jobs I could have and get myself back in the workplace. I want to go to college but that might seem impossible now especially with the job market I might be struggling. So in wondering if it’s better with trade. How’s it working in a male dominated industry? I think that’s what scares me because men are worse than gossiping women at least from my experience.

Felons in NYC any suggestions

Currently in NY and I’m sure that I will be charged for class E and D crimes. Possibly a white collar crime was made. And now I’m freaking out what will happen to me. Anyone in this state or charged with those to could let me know how their experience went. I don’t have money for a lawyer my safest option is to look for a lawyer in the legal society to help me with this but I’m not sure as I only have an investigation happening. Basically sick days that weren’t supposed to be take approximately 3k. Would I go to jail idk if having no prior criminal charges would help.

I feel mentally insane

This isn't advice for body odor but more on how are you guys copping with this. The past few months have been hell. I feel like im going mentally insane and ive become such a bitter, self centered person. I go to therapy and that doesn't work because im constant reminded that I smell. It has made go from a good employee to a bad one. Ive been wanting to quit but I cant which adds on to the anxiety and bitterness. I have isolated myself completely always in my room, always sleeping or on reddit just doomscrolling. My only friend I have talked less too and when plans are being made I tell her I can not show up for her so our dynamic has definitely changed and that bums me out because 1. im have become a terrible friend and she might even come to ending the relationship. Which feels like it's non existent since ive been doing ok. it just that talking to her makes feel like shit because she gets to do enjoy her life while I smell like shit. Understand it's not her fault but I guess I want to avoid that feeling as much as possible. Idk overall I feel like a loser and stupid and just mentally makes me feel like im going mentally insane. For some time ive been thinking of using something to numb this but ive seen people with addiction and it never ends well. ill probably end homeless hating a life that I know isn't for me because I could do so much but im having difficulty changing things since im always in my head. I guess I just needed to vent on here and maybe a stranger can give me a different take or share their story.

I cannot deal with this

I’m writing this out of frustration. I’ve been dealing with fecal / raw meat odor for the last couple of months and it’s been affecting how I show up for those around me and at work. I started using uber to commute to and back from work. Meaning that my entire paycheck funds that and I’m left with nothing. I’ve been excusing myself at my job and not being present because I just cannot stand that I smell. It’s a humiliating ritual and I’m tired of this shit. It has gotten me depressed and I don’t want to exist smelling like this. It’s not normal and I’ve tried going to doctors, taking extra showers, change of attire and nothing seems to work. I’m just so tired of this mentally and wanna go back to smelling nice like before. I also feel like I’m waisting what I have left from my prime years because this has taken a financial and mental toll on me. I just need to build a stronger mentality and show up for work. I’ll probably get fired and have nothing to fall back on. I know I’m being stupid.

What could it be? Odor rebloom? Hygiene issue?

I’ve made other post about my situation but I’m at my wits end. So for half of the year I started to smell bad. At first it was my clothes (during the winter) and I noticed that I would leave an odor wherever I’ll go. So I thought it was my scalp. I move a lot at work so I tend to sweat a lot too. So I become fixated on it being my scalp. I’ve gone to four derms and they all say no. I’m back to square one. The. I thought it was an internal issue. But no food or fasting made a difference, nor did diet. I still smell and this time it’s not body odor I reek like garbage. Thai week in trying something new. I thought maybe it’s my clothes because I change shirts at least two times at work. I brought three today and after I finished my work I went into the bathroom. Washed my pits with pan oxyl, added deodorant and anti microbial spray and a new shirt. It lasted an hour then I went to area that smells like how my clothes do at the end of the day and stayed there for about an hour n half. Come back to smelling the same as I did in the morning. For body care I use pan oxyl, cleansing oil on armpits and unscented lotion. Even when I tried scented the shirt would smell the same. It’s not normal that I smell this bad. This is worse than armpit smell or body odor. Plain garbage smell. I’ll like to know if anyone has gone through this as it’s affecting me at work. HR has spoken to me about it and I keep purchasing product but nothing seems to work. Did labs and they all came back normal. ATP I’m thinking of quitting to see if it’s the environment that’s causing me to smell (which I doubt it because I’m the only one that smells or could it be because I’m in areas that have the odor and it latches on to my clothes? Before i stepped outside the elevator I could already smell it) or it’s my body odor. I just never smelled like this even as a teenager. It doesn’t make sense.

Odor rebloom nightmare

I’ve always done my laundry the same way and never had an odor rebloom nightmare like how I’m facing. Basically my clothes started smelling rancid and would leave a trial wherever I go at work. As soon as I put the shirt on and it would heat up I immediately smelled it. And no matter if I took two or three extra shirts to work the same thing. Now, my workplace has my odor. Everywhere I go has it and since I’m frequently in the same areas my theory is that it gets attached (odor I leave behind + it’s a hot place barely any ventilation) to my clothes and I just keep stinking no matter if I change or not bc the environment already smells like it. I’m thinking of leaving my job as this is causing me distress and I’ve gotten multiple complains from workers. It’s not a hygiene issue. I use pan oxyl for pits and rest of the body. Use mandelic acid as body wash, wear gel deodorant and reapply midday and after shift. I bought an anti microbial spray for my arms back and where ever I feel like I need to freshen up. Which did help me earlier but as soon as I step in an area that smells exactly like my shirt my arms started to smell and shirt as well. (Second shirt I change into) so I’m leaning towards odor rebloom. Idk what products to use to break it down. I tried oxiclean and made it smell worse. Currently using tide pods and Lysol sanitizer but I’m gonna stop and use something else. Idk if it’s because my workplace is humid during the summer and I sweat a lot that the bacteria is now in the fabric and normal routine doesn’t work. This is my first time this happens so I’m questioning my routine.

If you guys could point me to the correct routine with explanations I would appreciate it. I always wash my clothes in hot and dry in hot. I don’t have a washer so I use the machines at a laundromat. Cycle is usually 30minutes.

Constant BO : what can I do differently?

I’ve developed terrible body odor this year which could cost me my job. I’m desperate to find a solution but the problem is that I don’t know if there’s a specific location or multiple places that is causing me to smell like shit. I wash all my clothes weekly, change my bedsheets every 2 days, use glycolic acid, antiperspirant at night and use Dr. Dri fresh scented deodorant. I use benzyl peroxide and nutrium mandelic acid for body wash. Use vanicream or tea tree oil shampoo during the week. I brush my teeth 2x a day and sometimes more when I’m at work. I’m starting to think it’s my laundry. When I work at the warehouse I sweat a lot and majority of my back is drenched and front chest. I change clothes and undergarments. With the old clothes I put it in a bag and don’t open it until I get home. Which smells like sweat and rancid. I think my problem is that I don’t disinfect it and leave it in my hamper so by the end of the week it’s a bad smell. I’m currently using tide/pods for towels and bedsheets and Ariel powder for the rest of my clothes. To both I wash with hot water and add Lysol sanitizer sometimes a bit of vinegar. My towels end up smelling good but the rest of my clothes do not smell clean. Possibly the odor comes back when I put it on and heat activates it. As I could smell it when I’m moving around and the odor lingers. But I don’t think the clothes is the culprit, it has to be bacteria that I have or something because I start to smell as soon as I shower. This has been going on for more than a couple of months and it’s frustrating and costly trying to find out where it’s coming from. I’m open to any suggestions I just don’t want to end up working at another place with the same issue.

What’s the best routine to remove body odor in clothes?

I’ve been experiencing terrible body odor this entire year. On days when I sweat and when it’s cold. As soon as I hop off the shower, get ready and make it outside my building I smell. I’ve noticed that my shirts end up smelling sour / rancid by the end of the week. I’m currently using Ariel powder and Lysol sanitizer. I tried borax, and vinegar but nothing seems to work. I’m frustrated and desperate for a solution to this BO. If you guys have any routines and experiences like me I’ll love to hear what made a difference in your laundry routine. I do laundry once a week unfortunately I don’t have the money to do it 2x as this problem has caused me financially.

Women who’ve struggled with body odor how has it impacted you mentally?

Anyone who smells bad either due to mental health, medical condition or odor re bloom how do you mentally show up to work knowing that you’ll stink especially in this weather? I’ve been struggling with body odor for months and nothing I do seems to work. I always shower before work. Either I use pan oxyl on the body or PH level body wash but by the time I get to work I’m already stinking. And as the day progress, despite freshening up and changing clothes, I end up smelling the same. ATP I’m not sure if I have bromhidrosis or gut issues (despite not having any symptoms) but I’m mentally exhausted.

I’m going insane over constant BO

I don’t know if this is the correct place to post this but I’ve been experiencing the worse body odor in my life. Not being dramatic. I’m talking about a body odor that stays for hours in places I’ve been in, gag type of odor that you wouldn’t last five minutes in without seeking fresh air.

Im getting aggravated with myself because I cannot find the spot it’s coming from. I’ve ruled out scalp as I’ve gone to four derms and they all say I don’t smell. I thought it was my shoes (which it was, despite me washing them weekly) so I purchased new ones and that smell went away but the main one lingers as soon as I step out of my home it hits me. I genuinely do not know what I’m doing wrong but there’s something that I’m missing and it’s making me question everything I know about hygiene as an adult.

My current shower routine is wash my hair with nizoral 2-3 a week (I have a bit of dandruff), Paul clarifying shampoo 1x a week, vanicream gentle wash 3x a week. I use an African sponge to wash myself I’m currently rotating between ivory ph level body wash & nutrium mendelic acid. For feet, pits, behind ears and neck, groin and butt area I use pan oxyl, sometimes hibiclens 1-2x a week and the nutrium mendalic acid.

I thought I had BV infection but I dont have any symptoms however i made an appointment to check myself and rule it out. As well as the dentist. I’m not experiencing any symptoms but I can possibly have a dead tooth or something. But if I did wouldn’t I be able to taste it in my mouth and smell it on my hand if I lick it?

My current theory is laundry odor rebloom. All of my clothes end up smelling sour by the end of the work week. And it’s mostly my shirts. I work in a warehouse so I’m often moving around and sweating 🥵. Despite my tries of freshening up with witch hazel in my parts, back of my neck, my back, brushing my teeth, and using pan oxyl and deodorant (Mitchum) on my armpits I end up smelling the same. I used to use perisil and Lysol sanitizer and now use tide pods and downy. None of these made a difference. After a couple of days they smell “clean” to me but by the end of the day just bad. I’m going to sanitize my shirts before I put them in my hamper and before I do laundry to see if that’ makes a difference. But it doesn’t resolve the issue of “where it’s coming from?” And I’m back to square one trying to find the answer to this. I want to find it as soon as possible before I turn nose blind to it which has happened before (only a couple of days majority of the time I get whiffs or I smell it completely). Any advice, suggestions, corrections would help me a lot as I’m embarrassed and humiliated to be smelling like this at my age.

I forgot to mention I don’t think my home environment plays a role as I live with others and they don’t smell the same as I do.

Update:
I wanted to test out if laundry is the root cause and it’s not but it amplifies the smell. I went to my friend’s home after work and was able to shower and she gave me a tee shirt to change into. I had extra jeans and undergarments as well. But I still smelled the same. I’m frustrated I cannot pinpoint what it is or where it’s coming from. ATP it might be something internal but I’m not experiencing any other symptoms.
