Need some help figuring this out please!
Hi everyone! I’ve been practicing yoga for a couple of months now and I’ve noticed that when I go from downward facing dog to pigeon ( especially on the right side of my body) I feel a pinch on the side of my back, kind of where the ribs finish. This also happens when I go into lizard and even though it doesn’t really hurt it definitely feels like something is off.
Does anyone have any idea what that could be? What could I be doing wrong?
