My point is that Uber Eats still gets the same delivery fee per customer. So why is it when I do more work I get paid less money… In this example they offered me £3.90 for a double order. They usually pay me £3 minimum. So I’m essentially doing the second one for 90p… but if I was to do that second order on its own they would pay me £3 🤷🏻‍♂️ Makes no sense.

It’s not really spoken about enough, why is it suddenly less when it’s multiple orders?

Best couple hours I’ve had in a while, I got about £18 in tips, customers appreciating me working in such extreme heat!

Not sure when this was rolled out, but I’ve only just received the update on my phone.
Previously I was always under the impression that alcohol deliveries required valid ID to be shown before handing over the order.
Now the app appears to ask whether the customer looks over or under 25.
If you select over 25, it asks for their date of birth and a signature.
Has anyone else seen this update yet? Interested to hear what people think. It definitely makes it less stressful.

1 person serving and 7 riders waiting is an all too familiar occurrence in this industry 👎🏻

I genuinely feel sorry for her 😢
