In your experience what has consistently elevated stress indicated? The last few days not long after I wake the levels climb and stay all day don’t start coming down until I’m sleep. It’s weird coz I haven’t been doing anything usual in fact one day I relaxed in bed all day not stressed at all. Help / experiences would be great! Lead to anyone being diagnosed with anything?
Has anyone used a ring size reducer with their ringconn? Do you feel it impacts on readings at all? Any you would reccomend? Am stuck between 2 sizes on the sizing kit so wondering I should get the bigger one and just use size reducers
Am wanting to hear experiences of what happened to their hair after stopping minoxidil after TE / chronic TE? I’ve heard that you shed less than if you had androgenic alopecia / female pattern hair loss and stopped, as long as your TE has finished, is this true?
Gen3 sizing kit arrived yesterday and I cant decide between size 7 and 8! The size 8 is very comfortable but slides over my knuckle with minimal resistance vs the size 7 feels comfortable when on but is a real challenge to get over my knuckles, yesterday I could pull it over reasonably ok but overnight + this morning I have to use lotion to be able to get it off. Let you know your experiences with sizing up vs down, do you find the sizing kit very accurate to the actual ring? Wish there was a 7.5. Help please 😩
Am going to start Tymosin Alpha 1 (TA1) in hope to help calm alopecia areata. Am wondering what other people have used as dosage when using TA1 to try modulate the immune system to calm auto immune disease?
