First Hand Construction Class! Pinching is fun

did a five class course on the wheel beforehand and I don’t think I created anything I was super super happy with but happy with my first two pinch projects, which were a matcha bowl in a matching set of little tea cups

first image is final as well as the last image, the other images are before I smoothed

Also started coils though, and that shit is hard. coils continue tomorrow

After / before

I didn’t have my camera out when I noticed the bird in the tree so I thought I missed the shot but luckily I was able to crop to get the shot I wanted

Raw Edit / Recipe

first image is raw edit, second is Vivid Velvia. on the second set, I like the recipe more, couldn’t get the raw to have the same cooler blue tones in the metal like the recipe that I really liked.

first set was underexposed obviously so the raw was helpful to have and work with.

Raw After / Raw Before / JPEG recipe

On the first set because the original was obviously super underexposed, the Lightroom edit is definitely better than the Fuji recipe, but on the second set, I think I actually like the recipe better.

I could not get the blue to stand out like it did in the first set or in the recipe when I was editing the raw. welcome tips and feedback for both sets
