Almost 3 weeks daily use

Hi all. So I've been taking alzam for almost 3 weeks again. A bit of a bender. Most days 1mg but for about 5 days 2mg. I only have 5.5mg left. Can I just stop after this, it's under a months use? Will I have bad withdrawals or seizures?

Cost of looking for employment

Yesterday I was told to drop my CV off at a retail shop, just my CV. It's about 8km there and back or more. That is petrol money. Then this morning on my way I had to go pay to go print my CV. When I went to drop it off the admin lady then told me I must first attach my ID and Tax certificate. So I had to leave with my CV and travel all the way home and must now go back when I have arranged those extra documents. Employers should not ask you to come in if they don't plan to hire you possibly or if they waste your transport money. This traveling up and down for missing documents (which they could have told me about before when I asked can I bring my CV in) or traveling to the interview just to not even get a call/email back is expensive.

Sometimes people just cant afford to go for an interview these days.

2months in 20mg

All I want to do is stay in bed and watch movies/series. Not really interested in going out. Only go to the shop a few times a week. Feel fatigued most of the day and unmotivated. Anyone else?

What is this

This open skin is under both my breasts and dotty like rash. I just also checked and the red rubbing like rash is also coming in between my upper legs now where they rub together. I am fairly big. Weigh 90kg and have large breasts.

Not depressed but not happy

Started 20mg 6 weeks ago.

Not depressed, not doing anything, don't want to do anything, I just want to sleep, nap and watch YouTube or Netflix. Doing cleaning or housework or even showering feels like a chore. Dont like going out the house for too long either.

Mostly fatigued - lazy - unmotivated - whole day everyday. And I'm mostly okay with this for now.

Anyone else feel like this.

Like I'm not sad I'm just non chalant

Tygerberg Dental Clinic

Oh my goodness, got to Tygerberg Dental Clinic at 06.40am after struggling to find building. Only to be told that they already have enough people to see today, come earlier another day.

Apparently people are arriving at 3am just to be seen.

Soon to stop

For those that have stopped smoking cigarettes/Vapes, how long did u have disturbed sleep/insomnia for until you were finally able to sleep properly again?

Tygerberg Dental clinic

Hi there

Has anyone been to Tygerberg Dental Clinic. I have a FEW things wrong with my teeth which my local clinic doesn't deal with , they only do the basics.

If you've been to Tygerberg how was the process? How long did you wait to get seen to? How much do they charge?

Thank you

Numb but calm

Started 20mg about 13 days ago. Much less anxious but feel like I have no emotion, don't like talking that much anymore to anyone, feel dead but calm. Anyone else feel like this?

Is it really possible that I can be withdrawing from Xanax after only 1 months daily use. For 24 of those days in the month I took 1mg per day split into two doses - 6 of those days I either took an extra 0.5mg or an extra 1mg.

I started tapering down on Friday to 0.75mg per day.

0.5mg in the morning. 0.25mg in the afternoon.

Noticed my morning dose is not really working anymore and the afternoon dose does absolutely nothing.

*But I've also started getting a stiff neck and sore upper back ( not sure if this is benzo withdrawal or sitting on the couch too long looking down at my phone)

*Left arm dull ache , not immediately upon waking but worsening as the day goes on. Lower to middle of arm.

*I fall asleep with no problem, but last night (3rd day of tapering) I went to sleep at 9pm and woke up at 2am this morning and stayed awake until about 5.30am. Then tried to go back to sleep even though I wasn't really feeling tired but then had micro naps until only 7am.

Is this normal? Is my sleep so disturbed from a 0.25% taper? Is this really benzo withdrawal so soon and after such a low dose?

Looking for a job in Cape Town. Does anyone know of any positions where I can apply. I do not have a matric so this has been a stumbling block when looking for jobs online. Alot of places want a matric certificate. I have experience in the UK call center scene- outbound and telesales , lead generation, business development. Also have experience in real estate - bond consultant and listing agent. Desperately seeking employment.

I've been taking alzam (other name Xanax) 1mg per day split into two doses per day. 6 of those days I've taken either an extra 0.5mg or 1mg. I want to start tapering down from Friday - so that's one full months daily use. How bad will withdrawals be? Will it be slight and not really noticable? Anyone else with experience on this that can tell me how they felt after short term use and then tapering down

Been on 1mg some days 1.5mg of Alzam/Xanax for 28 days now. I plan on starting to taper off next week and decrease my doses by 0.25% every 7 days. Is this good ? Will I feel it and get withdrawals after only using it for one full month? Anyone experience this ?
