Can persistent under-eye concerns be addressed and if so, what would be recommended? (Images Included)

My under eyes have always bothered me and now that I’m a balding man, getting ready to shave my head, seeing what I’d look like bald, my under eyes and mid-cheek areas really bother me (bald heads can look great on handsome faces). I’m ready to address my concerns but I’m not sure what the actual diagnosis would be and what would be the most appropriate action to take. I’m wondering whether this looks more like fluid retention/festoons/malar edema, tear trough hollowing, or something else. Sometimes the under eyes look hollow (outside of eye) and other times I can pinch extra skin (mostly in morning). When I smile it always makes my eyes look extra puffy. This area always looks worse in the morning when I first wake up but once I shower and use my moisturizer, everything usually bounces back into place. As I get older, I’m noticing that it takes longer to look more presentable. I really dislike the tear trough contrast and puffiness more than anything, although I really don’t like the cheek descent either. The first pic in red shirt is me in my 30s. The next pics in green shirt are me in my 40s. The last few pics are me at age 53. As you can see I’ve had these concerns for a long time. I don’t want to look completely different, just subtly tighten things up to feel more comfortable with a bald head. Thoughts on what would work best for my concerns?

Relationship between "DHT itch" and hair loss

I'm trying to better understand the relationship between hair loss and the itch that many people go through including myself. I'm convinced that the itch and hair loss are related but its unclear whether one is causing the other and which is which (if at all). People talk about a "dht itch", but I wonder if the itch is related to dht at all, or if the itch is indication of androgen sensitivity, if the itch is fungal, inflammatory, related to sebum accumulation, if the itch is causing the hair loss, or if the itch and hair loss are both simply manifestations of the same scalp environment rather than one directly causing the other. (For me specifically I alternate medicated and gentle shampoos and don't have dandruff, seb derm, Malassezia, redness, etc.). I'm curious if others have noticed the same correlation between hair loss and ongoing itch, and whether you were able to somehow get rid of the itch and subsequently stop/slow hair loss. I'm also curious if some people go through the balding process and never experience the itch at all.

Which doctors/clinics actually measure donor area?

I've had a couple of consultations but none of them actually use a tool or device to measure donor hair for number and quality. They basically just do a quick visual assessment and then give their feedback. I'd like to have a consultation where my donor area is assessed in more detail. There must be doctors or clinics who put more emphasis on donor assessment area during a consultation. Do you know of any that perform these measurements as a standard part of their consultation?

Hair transplant with hair loss not stabilized?

Anyone get a transplant even when hair loss wasn't stabilized with meds? If so, how did it go and how long has it been? I can't seem to stabilize on my meds (oral Min and oral Dut) as much as I had hoped and its been several years. That said, I really want to frame my face more than anything. I realize that hair loss can continue (and likely will) but I'm starting to feel like taking the gamble. I think there are more people out there in my shoes than I've found so hoping to find similar stories from those with experience. Thanks for reading.

Issues with Climate Start using App

I'm having issues with the app when selecting climate start. Sometimes it works perfectly. Other times the car starts but the climate controls don't work. Last week the car actually didn't even start. Has anyone else experienced something similar and if so, how did you resolve it?

Not a Candidate for a HT (Underlying Conditions)?

I've been to multiple derms and trichologists, have had 2 scalp biopsies and microscopic assessment. I've been on meds for over 10 years non-stop (Fin and topical Min for 7 years and now oral Dut and oral Min for 3 years) but unfortunately continue to miniaturize and lose hair rather quickly. Bloodwork confirms DHT between 6-9 for several years straight. I also apply 2% keto shampoo and use LLLT. I'm in early 50s and began losing hair at age 17 (mostly in front until 2020, now thinning on top all over). I was able to stabilize through 30s and early 40s but last 6 years has gone downhill quickly. My diagnosis by all doctors has been 100% AGA but also with what seems to be chronic telogen effluvium, low-grade, non-visible perifollicular inflammation and chronic scalp microbiome imbalance. I've had a low-grade itch that comes and goes (for over 35 years) that gets minimized with shampoos (such as 2% keto, selenium sulfide, zinc pyrithione, etc.) but it never fully goes away. I have no dandruff, no visible redness, pustules, etc. but yet even if I wear a hat for more than 30 minutes, my head gets itchy. The biopsy confirmed no LPP (that was several years ago). Has anyone gotten a hair transplant without being fully stabilized and/or within a similar situation? If so, what were your results? (My donor zone was measured at 95% terminal and unaffected by everything else per trichologists).

2024 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid - Spare Tire Size

When I bought the car it came with a tire inflate kit so I knew I was going to end up replacing with a spare on my own. That said, when I try and look up what size spare to get, I see conflicting information. I want to get the correct size so that it fits properly in the trunk and lays flat under the mat. Has anyone purchased a spare for this car and if so, can you share what size it was?
