Bulletproof Monk (2003) Training scene

I decided to watch this movie again, and let me teel you, I still like it. Apart from the awful dialogue, bad acting and badly filmed fighting action scenes, it still has some... charm to it.

If someone told me to write an action movie script when I was 15 years old, Bulletproof Monk would be exactly what what I'd come up with. Everything I found cool about movies back then but with a totally botched execution.

Anyways, this is one of my favorite scenes, maybe because it's something I tried as a kid, now I dont think it would ever work, but still...

Up The Academy - The Landmines (1980)

I freaking loved this movie when I was a kid, was it really that bad? Rob Leibman as Major Liceman was hilarious with his "Say it again!" phrase. Featuring a young Ralph Maccio, but he didnt do anything remarkable in the movie, imo. One of my favorites bad comedies of the 80s.

The Hunter arrives to stop the Djinn Wishmaster 4, 2002

We all know Andrew Divoff is the Wishmaster, just like Brad Dourif is Chucky or Warwick Davis is the Leprechaun, but I still liked Wishmaster 4 a lot. It tried to be like Wishmaster 2 at times, but it just didn't succeeded. Now there's a lot of things I enjoy about it, including the softcore scenes, but the Hunter subplot is one of my favorites on this movie.

Why? Let me say, I don't know what or who is the highest deity in the Wishmaster universe, but they decided they had intervene and stop the Djinn and they sent an "angel" to stop him. They probably knew the Djinn was too strong, so the Hunter is sent to kill the Wishmaker instead lol.

Wished it was the main plot, but I guess the unnecessary nude and softcore scenes were important to the plot, but I'm still thankful about it, anyways.

BAD MOON Final Fight (1996)

Ok, listen up peeps, I rewatched Bad Moon recently, and I have to say, it's my favorite Werewolf movie ever. I'm a fan of the Robert Deniro of B and straight to video movies, Michael Paré, so it was next on my playlist after Carver's Gate. The werewolf design looks cool af, Thor the german shepherd should've won an Oscar because he was that freaking good. I love the final fight, I really hate the "the werewolf is fighting his good side so he stops before killing the protagonist" cliché.

What's your favorite monologue of all time?

Mine is the Perfect Genetic Soldier Monologue from Bison in Street Fighter. I must've watched it a billion times because it's that awesome, only followed by my second favorite one, the Atomic Supermen monologue in Ed Wood. Raul Julia really carried the movie and gave us the gift of such powerful monologue.

It was indeed BEAUTIFUL.
