Sealing and staining fence post before install

I’m in cenFlo and am Ready Seal staining/sealing my fence posts prior to install.

Is there any problem with sealing the bottom portion of the post that will be in the earth?
Do I seal the horizontal surface at the bottom of the posts?
Posts will be set in concrete, fully encased around the sides and bottom.

Sanding small areas on wheels

I’ve got a set of Centerline Galaxy aluminum wheels that need major sanding and refinishing. There are “dimpled” areas around the lug bolts that need to be sanded and polished. The dimples are 1/2” in diameter and about 1/2” deep. Anybody have any ideas on how I can sand in there with my Dremel? What sanding attachment can I use for my Dremel.

Rear end damage repair?

Is it possible to pull the metal back to its original shape? If so, what piece of equipment is used to do this?
