Scenes from ARSA's 10th October 9th Commemoration. Note how the foot soldiers have regular AKs, G3s and MA-1s while the bodyguards have "refurbished" MA-rifles with optics and M4-style stocks.
A couple other things: Even ARSA can't escape Multicam, and the headgear the bodyguards are wearing most likely originates from China (as I've found a similar mask on AliExpress)
