Driver never showed up at pick up, however I can’t be refunded

Is this a joke? I waited for the driver at pick up and he never showed up. Either he completed the ride, or someone else went in the car. How can I be refunded? According to the chat, I’m unable to get a refund

Help missing groceries

I have made a delivery order via Walmart. It was actually delivered however I received someone else’s groceries because of similar names. I do feel sorry for the customer waiting their delivery. Unfortunately, I can’t reach out to the driver. Any help?
