I'm on a job hunt, permanent roles job hunt.

So someone from reddit shared my resume to his friend and they shared it with an hr. The thing is, they can offer only intern role with 20k stipend I guess. And it's for a whole year. Its a production company in Sriperumbudur chennai. They have a small working office for now and they'll shift to Sriperumbudur.

I got a call today from the hr asking me for a face to face interview and he said you don't even know how campus hiring works. No one gives you permanent role immediately everyone takes only interns and then they see if they are suitable for a year and then convert it to a permanent job. Our Md really liked your profile and we don't usually ask people directly like this. We don't select candidates like this so you should definitely join🥲

See the thing is, I'm looking for a permanent job so I can convert it into work experience and get onto a better role in a better industry. But if I intern for a year, it won't even be counted as work experience 😭

I already have 5 months of intern experience guys 😭

And idk being an intern is for me right now.

What should I do?? We are expecting two more companies in my campus placement.

I'm actively looking for a job, I've completed b.tech in Anna University Guindy Chennai and I've tried on linkdn and naukri but I haven't gotten any responses yet. I'm from a ceramic technology background and the placements were so bad in my university.

I have five months of internship experience in Research and development of two production plants.

This is getting very depressing.. like I'm not even sure what to do.

I'm not into sales but that's all my placement cell had to offer me.

If anyone knows anything related to material science background please help me out

Okay guys idhu oru rant dha. Idk who else to say this to cuz I've not been talking to most of my friends lately cuz college ended and I'm at home and also most of my close childhood la irundhe therinja male friends I've blocked them because my boyfriend wasn't comfortable with me talking to them..

So I met this guy late of last year on tinder ( I don't use that app much so I was there only for three days) and we spoke for two months, i deleted the app and we met, went on two dates.. I didn't want to start a relationship because it was my final year I had to relocate for my project internship in final sem and also I had to lock in uk. But somehow I ended up accepting his confession cuz for starters he was a really funny guy, always made me laugh and just a really fun type.

But after I got into the relationship red flags stared. He was still following both of his exes. One from school and one recent one from his college. Mind you he's working right now but they broke up early last year and avanga love story ah 4 hours ah enkita sonan with every single details. Even mentioning the months, dates everything they did together. I felt like I was talking to someone else's husband. He's very close with her family also. Helped her a lot in life. He called me so many bad words and slurs in tamil. Threated me with him going to have sex with someone else and he'll send me the video. He has so bad anger and ego issues. He was very sweet and kind and made me laugh a lot which is a good thing. We felt like we've known each other for a long time but he takes advantage of me so much. I always end up going back to him and pleading after every fight. I hate this but I have attachment issues. Ena panradhu. Inum 6 months kuda agala.. I'm very transparent to him, I always do what he tells me to do and even restrictions on what I wear I followed.

He didn't allow me to attend my own farewell because I said the dress code was saree. I had to fight with him for a whole week to make him agree. I deleted my Instagram account. I try my best to be supportive and loving but he's twisting everything and getting mad and picking unnecessary fights. Thala suthudhu. 😭

Edit : he always blocks me after every fight. He blocked me today after a fight saying he's done with the relationship if I don't delete Instagram because I liked a reel which he didn't like ( ps it's not boys or anything offensive also. It's just a girl having ai images of option a, family option b, get another degree, option c, get many dogs, option d, many men, option e an older man andha madhri. I thought it was funny my friend ( girl )sent it to me. He got pissed.

Also he's overly attached to his mom and dad which is fine. But when I shared my trauma related to my family (my mom) he brought it up in our argument saying unga amma apdi irukuradhu naala dha ne ipdi Iruka. Enoda amma onum apdi ila. Which broke me apart. I've never felt this hurt my entire life 😭😭😭
