Something weird happened with me

Hello Guys,

Something weired happened to me idk if because of how " viral " is my channel, but I'll explain:

I started my youtube channel 3 days ago:

I uploaded a video and a Short related to it, and I have done the same for my second video and I just uploaded my third video yesterday night ( uploading the Short for it later today ).

But the problem is, the first Short went absolutely crazy and got like 1.4k views in 2 days, but the 2nd Short is currently sitting on 2 views since yesterday ( literally 2 ), i don't know why but if somebody have any idea i would greatly appreciate it.

Here is the Link: Short

The Link for my channel: YouTube Channel

If you have any idea on why this happened to me i would really appreciate it, also subscribe if you love the type of content I post.

I started a YouTube channel because I already game for hours anyway

I finally started a YouTube channel for a very simple reason:

I already spend hours gaming almost every day anyway.

So I thought:

“Why not record some of it instead of only consuming content?”

I downloaded OBS recently and started experimenting with recording/streaming from my PS5. I’m still very new to all of this, but I realized I kept delaying starting because I thought I needed:

* perfect thumbnails

* perfect editing

* perfect setup

* perfect niche

Meanwhile people grow channels using much simpler setups just because they stayed consistent.

So now I’m trying to apply that mindset to YouTube.

Not expecting instant success or anything huge right away, but it feels good to finally stop overthinking and actually start uploading.

What advice would you give me ( a new youtuber ) ? What was the best advice you personally received or heard from someone ?

I built an AI website generator and finally deployed my first real site

After 4 months of working on my AI project, I finally deployed my first real generated website publicly.

The app is used to do that is called PromptPal AI. The idea behind it is simple:

You describe what you want, and the AI helps generate a real website/project instead of just giving text outputs.

I know AI website generators already exist, so my goal wasn’t “reinvent the internet.” I mainly wanted to learn:

* how exports work

* deployment pipelines

* project structure

* multi-page generation

* how to make generated projects actually usable outside the preview screen

Honestly, the hardest part wasn’t even the AI.

It was:

* broken paths

* deployment confusion

* zip/unzip mistakes

* figuring out why things worked in preview but failed after export

Last Week I finally got a generated project deployed publicly on Netlify, and even though it’s a small step, it felt pretty rewarding after weeks of debugging.

One thing I learned:

Building the product is only half the battle. Distribution, UX, and reducing friction matter way more than I originally thought.

Now I’m trying to improve PromptPal so users never have to think about:

* folders

* file structures

* zipped vs unzipped projects

* deployment setup

Still a long way to go, but seeing a real generated website live on the internet for the first time was a pretty cool feeling. If you want to try it i can drop the Link in the comments or check out my Profile.

Quick question:

Do you actually trust AI writing tools?

I’ve noticed 3 annoying things when using them:

  1. They change the meaning of what I wrote

  2. They randomly switch tone (formal, casual, etc.)

  3. They “improve” the text but don’t show what they changed

So you end up rereading everything anyway…

I’ve been working on a writing assistant that lets you control each of these separately instead of one “magic improve” button.

But I’m curious, what’s your biggest frustration with AI writing tools?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.

Most of us:

read notes

watch lectures

highlight everything

feel like we “understand”

But when it’s time for exams… it’s like everything disappears.

I realized the problem might not be how much we study, but how we study.

A lot of studying is passive:

rereading

watching

summarizing

But very little of it is:

● actually testing ourselves.

● recalling information without looking.

That’s where things start breaking.

Recently I started focusing more on turning my notes/PDFs into practice questions instead of just reading them, and it feels way more effective (even though it’s harder).

Curious how others deal with this:

●Do you feel like you forget what you study quickly?

●What methods actually helped you retain information better?

●Do you actively test yourself or mostly review material?

Would be interesting to hear what’s working (or not working) for everyone.

If you're sharing your startup here, try to include:

What problem does it solve?

Who is it for?

What are you currently struggling with?

Posts that just drop a link usually don’t get much engagement.

The goal of this space isn’t just promotion — it’s to help each other improve.

If you give context, people are much more likely to give useful feedback.

You’re free to share your startup anytime, not just in weekly threads.

Just make sure your post adds context so others can actually help.

So I’ve been building this AI Project Builder thing and today was one of those “everything is on fire but also kind of working??” days.

The good news:

  • The AI now generates actually beautiful websites
  • Export works
  • Preview works
  • It finally feels like a real product

The bad news:

  • It only creates " index.html "
  • Everything gets dumped into one file like it’s 2009
  • Multi-page websites just… disappeared

I spent hours fixing export systems, hosting logic, state syncing, and I think I accidentally turned a multi-file builder into a single-page generator.

At this point I’ve decided:

  1. It works
  2. I’m not touching it anymore today
  3. Future me can deal with multi-page architecture

Moral of the story:
Never underestimate how fast “small fixes” can turn into a full system rewrite at 1am.

Anyway… back to studying 3 lectures I ignored for this.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update on what I’ve been working on with the AI Project Builder. Lately, I’ve been pushing hard to make it faster, more reliable, and capable of generating real, production-ready projects.

Some key things I’m focusing on:

  • Making the workspace load much faster so you don’t have to wait forever for your project to appear.
  • Ensuring the initial project generation is high-quality and realistic, so what you get isn’t just a placeholder.
  • Keeping workspace edits smooth without slowing you down.

I haven’t published the changes yet because I want it to work perfectly before anyone sees it. But I thought it’d be fun to share a behind-the-scenes peek and let you know your feedback is welcome when it’s ready.

Question for the community:

If you could have an AI tool that helps you build projects or websites, what would be the most important feature for you?

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts!

The Platform Built for Your Workflow, build a project in 5-10 mins:

  1. one prompt for finding the Idea.

  2. one prompt for Planning for this idea.

  3. Take Notes.

  4. one prompt for Building the Project.

I built a Platform specially for this workflow, and there is a tutorial if you are a beginner in building a project.

Check it out: PromptPal AI.

Check out the Landing-Page: PromptPal AI Landing-Page for more info.

For the people saying that they didn't know what to do when they entered, if you sign in you would immediately see a pop tutorial that shows you and explains the functionality of every important button in the Platform.
