I only liked the episodes focusing on Drummond and Arnold. Willis was insufferable and Kim was whiny.

What is it with the proliferation of these creatures?

I moved into this neighborhood years back and maybe one or two people had a beast. Now there are more younger neighbors with them! Can't go a day without some annoying walker with their dogs barking.

What is it about them?

Do they feed the inner narcissistic tendencies of the owner? What?

I have a question. I suffer from adenomyosis . Been on Incessa for six months had prolonged bleeding, didn't work for me doctor put in a mirena and handed me slynd to help with the first few months while mirena is doing its thing, as a bridge. Bled for a few days and then the prolonged bleed finally stopped. Day 24 now some bleeding can't tell if it's a period. It's light and not crampy, no breast tenderness.

I know doctor said to take active pills only but should I take placebo pills to reset this bleed? Or just keep taking active? This is my first pack of slynd and man it was working so well for a few weeks. What worked for you?

This generation of kids, they are something. They hate/dislike you because you dare to not let them walk over you and have their own way, lespecially when you are a young/young looking woman teacher.

You ever notice how you lay down the law as a teacher and not give into them they get passive aggressive and not engaged with participation? But then you get dinged by idiot admin for not "being engaging". It's so weird the trade off for having classroom management and the gall to not let them do what the want. F this career.

Whoever does scheduling stop giving one teacher all the academically bad and behavior issue students. It's wrong and not to mention unfair.

Also in a tested subject, that one teacher will have lower scores for that reason.

Stop fucking doing this.

I find them useless. It wouldn't be a problem if they gave the job to much older seasoned teachers but the admin ass kissers who flee the classroom seem to get these positions.

I literally dread meeting with them and they seem to be used by schools to micromanage and annoy teachers.

Use the money and put them back in the classrooms or as interventionists. Oops many of them couldn't cut it in the classroom.

This job is bullshit. Why is it they want all this data tracking, want you to move the heavens, but don't give you enough planning to even f_cking look at the data?

Why do teachers not have more planning periods for all of this stuff?

Oh my fking God. So there's is this unit full of dudes. One of them has an obnoxiously annoying car. So he was gone for a whole ass month! We thought he had moved. We we were relieved to only hear the sound of birds chirping in the morning!

Why do virtual school teachers say student behavior is better? How?

I'm not talking about the virtual teachers who are mainly asynchronous, that's very fortunate, I'm asking the ones who literally are live with students.

Do you set the chat to teacher only during instruction? Because that's the only reason I can think without some student interrupting or spamming chat.

What has helped with prolonged bleeding? I'm peri and gave fibroids that shrunk a bit after ufe, either they missed one or a new one is growing.

I want to manage periods. I'm on the mini pill (norenthdine) pack 5, still prolonged bleeding way past my regular period. I know they say this sucker takes 6 months to adjust.

Please tell me what has been helpful for you!

update: not sure why I'm being downvoted. Why would someone be so petty as to downvote someone who is llooking for management options?

i am looking for a way to manage symptoms namely the prolonged bleeding until menopause. Thought this place was supportive, not everyone wants to do open surgery. I don't want to have to take off multiple days of work.

Also, some women are not candidates of simpler lap or vaginal hysterectomy or myo surgeries, some of us have to be cut open and that can lead to complications and longer recovery times.
