Been working with Badalassi Carlo Pueblo lately and really like how this leather develops character. This one is hand-cut and saddle stitched with an open-hole snap design.

I’ve been designing and handcrafting minimalist leather wallets, and I’m always trying to improve the design rather than just the appearance.
This one is made from full-grain Herman Oak vegetable-tanned leather with a hand-marbled finish. It carries 8–10 cards plus folded cash while keeping a slim profile.

Looking for honest feedback on these two finishes—same Badalassi Carlo Pueblo veg tan, same wallet pattern, but two different looks. One was finished inside and out with Tokonole, and the color bands are different on purpose. Which finish do you prefer, and what stands out to you most
These are prototype slim stick-on phone wallets I’ve been testing for a more minimal EDC setup. They’re handmade and hand saddle stitched using 3oz full-grain Badalassi Carlo Italian leather, and the goal was to keep them thin enough for everyday carry while still comfortably holding 2 cards.
I’ve been experimenting with different leather combinations and finishes to compare durability, patina, and how well they age over time. The camo versions especially turned out better than expected.
I’d love to hear which leather combo people think looks best, and any thoughts on what makes a stick-on wallet actually useful versus just novelty.

Been working on a slimmer everyday carry and came up with this. Veg-tanned leather, hand-stitched, with a simple snap flap to keep everything secure.
The back is a quick-access slot, and there’s a pocket inside for cards/cash. I kept the design minimal but added the two-tone look (black + yellow ) for a bit of contrast.
I’m pretty happy with how clean it came out.
