While the 'Wild West' did technically exist but it mostly a myth the Hollywood would betray it (shocker I know). But if the Wild West depicted in the Spaghetti Western genre did actually exist?

Question about Prayer Ropes

I honestly didn't realize how many religions actually use Prayer Ropes. I guess this is more of general knowledge question but what is the difference between a rosary and a Prayer rope and does it actually matter? Also let's say if someone coming from Islam or Hinduism to the Orthodox faith has their Prayer Ropes can they still use them or would they have to be blessed/cleansed or they can't use them at all?

Weird Question: Did Mehmed II have an Icon of Jesus and the Theotokos around the end of his life.

I forgot where I heard this from but I heard that Mehmed II was near the end of his life he essentially had an icon corner with insence burning to the Jesus icon and a Theotokos icon. Does anyone know this is true or have heard of this?
