Flu season and craved some soup. Ended up making more than just a bowl of soup.

Bought this somewhere sa FB groups that sell meryenda (BF Homesarap).

Actually not ate at a restaurant, but picked this up from our local neighborhood pizza place to eat at home. Pictures at the end without the burrata yet, as I just placed it in the middle and spread them before eating.

Kaya nagluto siya. Pinrito na rin niya yung lumpiang shanghai, para talagang may birthday party sa bahay 😂

A stormy weekend and cannot get out of the house, so I made these to cheer me and my wife up. She even asked for more kikurage on her bowl.

My wife is a little under the weather today and asked for some soup, so I made Shio Ramen.

No ramen eggs ready though. So I just put on green onions, menma, nori, noodles, and some strips of frozen chashu.

Topped with chashu, menma, eggs & spring onions.

I ordered it from a store based in Iloilo, Philippines through the Shopee app (like Temu in other countries).

Ordered Matcha Lattes where they used Jasmine Oatmilk. One uses Okumidori blend, and the other Yabukita Cultivar. They had a really nice ambiance with a selection of ceramic bowls and cups.

Rainy day. Also had some Coke Zero.

Had some mirin, soy sauce, brown sugar, msg, beef strips, rice and eggs.

Not much toppings, but had beer on the side on a rainy day.

Gawa sa Nissin Spicy Chicken Yakisoba. Added in some of my homemade marinated ramen eggs, and tirang chopped spring onions galing sa ref. Tapos Iced Latte.

Made some ramen on a rainy day. Tonkotsu broth was concentrate from a local ramen ingredients supplier here in the Philippines.

Noodles, chashu, and kikurage as well, but made some marinated ramen eggs the night before. Added in some spring onions.

Iced Latte pairs well weirdly enough.

Happy to know that we now have a store locally! Enjoyed eating these with my family when we visited Akihabara. Swipe for more pictures of food prep at the end.

Braised some pork shoulder, and made some marinated ramen eggs a day before. The pork shoulder seems lean visually, but tears apart easily.

This is so I could improve on some Ichiran Ramen packs we got from Japan during our last visit.

My wife and I tried their Matcha here, and it was great. They also only use oat milk for their matcha lattes.

Tourist traps yes, but we enjoyed the Takoyaki and Gyoza. The Kushikatsu, not so much.

Fruity, delicate and soothing. Will return here when I come back to Osaka. Ordered their iced pourover using Mbilima beans, and my wife ordered their blend.
