Sweet & sour w/ a mushy fibrous texture. Not a fan 😬

Tried torching the glaze afterwards but kind of failed. Hard time getting more burnt ends too without getting too dry.

FIFA World Cup specialty flavors. I wish it had more curry flavor. Overall not too bad.

Curry paste is quite spicy. Go lite if you can’t handle spice.
