Super comforting meal. Souvenirs from last Singapore trip. Froze the bak kwa so it lasts longer and then reheated it by torching. Singaporean Bak kwa is so good! Appreciation post.
It’s always great to have frozen homemade dumplings in the freezer. Easy quick meal. Side seasoning — black vinegar and lao gan ma.
Found him stuck in a gutter pipe and has been with us ever since.
- 450ml - 39g High protein lactose free milk
- 2 tbsp of 100% pure cocoa
- 1 Tbsp golden syrup but I think you can skip or use less. Lactose free milk is on the sweet side already.
Texture was fine but the problem with the swirl is that there is always an inch left at the bottom of container and it’s super icy.
