Minor conjuration + Fast hands

What's your experience with a character built around this interaction?

  1. Do you lean rogue?

  2. Do you run dual daggers and resource manage empty hands?

  3. How do you leverage sneak attacks vs using bombs and chuckables?

  4. How do you rule regarding poisons/bombs and why?

  5. Is it an fun or unfun character concept?

  6. What's a weakness does one has to take into account - outside of dull rulings?

  7. Which spells do you run?

Trigger spores

Do I understand it that it works like sabotage but with spores? There are so few spores I feel like there's a bit of a missed potential there.
Perhaps Im missing something. Stacking several doesnt seem to deal more dmg, so Im unsure if its useful during the final fight either.

Lady Vengeance chest drops

So I'm attempting the Lady Vengeance chest exploit. I want an armor piece to drop but it keeps dropping the same type of weapon. It's always either a one-handed mace/axe, a staff, a wand a crossbow or a bow.
I an reroll freely between these weapons but no matter how many containers I open before the fight I don't seem to get any other loot.
Do any of you complete nut cases know what's going on? I've had the chest break in like 6 fights and I'm starting to think it cant drop anything else.

Deathfog run

So you can actually create deathfog by killing a decaying character in a cursed poison surface. This obviously leans towards a single target focused undead party setups (due to curse and immunity to deathfog) with access to teleport and netherswap. Did anybody ever try it out? Was it difficult vs other undeads?

Maybe the idea is to go heavy into heals for once and abandoning the armor crutch.

I mean the 3 barrels you can get your hands on at the start just isn't enough for a dedicated run, now is it.

EDIT: I havent actually done it, but I've come across the info multiple times. Havent played around with curse enough to know.

Weapon duplication in act2

So which gear should you duplicate? There options I can think of is a thievery dagger, fang of the winter dragon and chamore doran. But there has to be a lot more neat options!

Unique items allowing for unique builds

Well I'm all ears. I'll go first by bringing up Ghastly morningstar. Its a weird one only doing piercing damage. Obviously the issue here is that it doesnt scale with warfare. But it does always do health damage which interesting and brings a couple of interesting perks - such as healing on every strike. This is neat with talents such as living armor and necromancy.

Polymorph for lonewolves

So as lone wolves get 2 points per point allocated in their respective spell schools, except for polymorph that is. The reasoning being that you get one attribute point for every point you put into polymorph all at the same time as those as well gets doubled for lone wolves. This is where it becomes interesting, do you prefer to use gear that lets you skip putting your points into polymorph or do you value the attributes so much that it does in fact not matter.

Purchasing items

What kinda gear do you buy from vendors? Are you looking for civic skills, rune slots, weird combinations such as one-handed cleave, or just whatever fits the build you're doing?

Build based on cursed items

Havent seen any info on the topic, the idea I had was that you could turn the permanent burning from Heart of the Tyrant into a positive with high enough fire resistance. Are there any more items like this with effects you can wrangle out some unique benefits?

Cleave

So I recently found a one-handed axe with cleave. If one were to dual-wield two cleaving weapons and apply all the on-hit buffs (sparking swings, firebrand, venom coating and siphon poison), would that be any good?

Sequencing

So I'm trying to reach for a full playthrough with a friend who's going in blind. What are some things I have to do in order to not screw up future quest lines/events?

Playing with a team

So League is obviously a team based game. Oftentimes I see lines that do require some team work to function well. I ping it and the team mate continues to do the opposite of what I required thus wasting tempo or perhaps an objective.
How do you handle these situations? Do you try to learn during the game at what level of cooperation your team mates function or is it a more general sense that this guy can't lane and thus wont be able to cooperate at a high level.
Or do you simply put not do those kinds of plays at all.

Double strike on Tian

It's obviously quite an investment, but it's really rather interesting with their upgrades. Did anybody manage to play a game long enough to test it out properly?
What's your thoughts on it with Master Ru and the Beast essence upgrade for example?

How to deal with fighters

So I'm pretty well playing a rogue - EXCEPT for when Im facing a fighter. I think my issue is figuring out how much health they have left. How do you deal with them?
