TFW it's May 30th and there's no content drop

10 more days until this cope nonsense is over. We will all finally be free. There's no way they're ever updating this game again if they don't give us anything for anniversary. If there's really nothing coming in the next 10 days, we'll finally be able to quit Nightreign and move on!!

No sales info on Saros yet?

Whenever medium-big game titles come out these days, you always see companies posting about sales numbers on social media in the first few days or by the first week. However it's been 10 days since Saros came out and Housemarque/Sony hasn't posted anything yet. Recent titles like Pragamata tweeted it sold 1 million copies in 2 days. Resident Evil Requiem also tweeted 5 million copies in just 5 days. But nothing on Saros so far? Did the game not sell well? Did it not reach even 1 million sales mark yet?

I don't understand the hate. Like do you all just want ugly ass characters instead? Let them cook. Games like Stellar Blade did good because the main character was hot. There are not many soulslikes out there with hot characters, so this could be awesome.

All the signs are pointing to it... the Nightreign tweets the official accounts started posting again recently, new changes on SteamDB, Nightreign's anniversary. You're welcome, thank me later.

I always play as a mage in Souls games and I've done 2 playthroughs of Dark Souls 3 so far, both with an int/sorcery build. Finally trying pyromancer for the first time and oh my god, I feel like I unlocked easy mode. So many enemies are weak to fire in this game, meanwhile my sorcery build never felt like it was ever dealing bonus damage to enemies. Hell most of the time I felt like I dealing with enemies resistant to magic. Not to mention, how fast pyromancies are compared to sorceries, and each pyromancy has a small AoE around it which allows you to clear packs with a single cast sometimes. Enemies who're vulnerable to fire also have this unique stagger animation, like they catch fire when they get hit by pyromancies. There were some enemies who were resistant to fire but you also get access to dark pyro that completely solves this. I also love how dark pyro can guard break enemies with shields in a single cast allowing me to follow up with another cast for crit damage. Enemies with shields were a nightmare with my sorcery build. You also get access to all the strong pyro gear very early game in the game, unlike sorcery build which has to wait until the late game areas. And by far my favourite thing about this mage build is... that I don't have to wear the stupid dusk crown or offhand the candlestick dagger to do good damage with my spells anymore. Thank god.

I'm about to beat the main game as a pyromancer and I haven't struggled with a single boss so far. Meanwhile my sorcerer builds felt like pure hard mode from start to finish. The difference is honestly insane.

It breaks my heart seeing people overlooking this game. I don't remember the last time I had his much fun playing a shooter. It's genuinely good and crafted with love. The game just came out but the activity on this sub feels barren, and barely anyone is playing the game on Twitch/Youtube. Resident Evil Requiem and Crimson Desert got so much more attention compared to this game. Not saying Saros should be just as popular, but right now its popularity isn't even 1/100th of those.

Nightreign released in May last year. Can't believe it's been almost one year already. Do you guys think we gonna get something for the anniversary? Like one last content update or patch?

The last content Nightreign got was ED balancers last year 4.5 months ago, and last patch was in mid-January 3.5 months ago. There's been no news for this game since then. I enjoyed what we got and I would absolutely love more content but my hopes are pretty low~
