Dating Question

I have been on two dates with Luna and both times she asked me to make the same bouquet.
Is that all there is too it??
I was hoping for some little chats and cute scenes and info, similar to dates in Coral Island.

Is this just a Luna thing cos she loves flowers?

Bought myself a fried egg pan, I’m a bit sad how they turned out.

Everyone likes fried eggs but I can never get them in nice circles, and it takes ages to cook enough for everyone. Maybe it’s meant for small eggs not large haha!
The non stickness was good though and they taste nice, even if they look ugly 😂

What is your favourite cutscene in game? (SPOILERS allowed!)

I think mine is when >!the merfolk first come on land. The attempts at walking, the chicken costume, hating the coffee and then getting it. It’s just cracks me up.!<

Has anyone noticed their farm decor isn’t loading?

I built some stone paths and flower decorations around my coops and barns. The flowers are loading okay but the paths sometimes do/sometimes don’t/sometimes only a few there. They are definitely there because if I hit the spot with my pickaxe I get a stone path. But I can’t see them.

My daughter made me a clay mouse in Art class ❤️

I named her Fiona, so my daughter immediately named the cheese Shrek 😂

Any tips on pulled pork macaroni cheese?

We had bbq pulled pork for supper tonight, and there’s tons left. The teen has requested pulled pork macaroni cheese.

Do you just mix it all together, or layer it up? Any sneaky tricks to make it extra delish?

Thanks all!

How many people are having quiche and salad for tea today? 👋

Not really homemade cos I bought it all from Sainsbury’s. But I did open the packets and chop my own cucumber.

Cheesy potato bake with chorizo & bacon.

Based off a Taming Twins recipe.

Par boil diced potatoes and stick in the oven to crisp up.

Meanwhile fry off diced chorizo, bacon, onions, peppers and garlic.

Add black pepper, smoked paprika, parsley. Few 100 mls of chicken stock and half a tub of cream cheese.

Combine potato with chorizo mix, top with grated cheese and bake. Fresh parsley to garnish.

Served with a basic salad of lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes.

Pre-made Burger recommendations please :)

I normally make my own and put things like onion, garlic and seasonings in the mince, but I’m currently struggling with hand pain and it’s tricky to mix and form the patties.

What are some decent ones I can buy pre-made from the supermarket? I’ve tried a few and they are all really bland, just seem to be plain mince with no jazzing up.

I’ve got a Sainsbury’s, Asda, Coop, Lidl and Iceland near me.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions :)

Creamy white wine chicken

Fry sliced onions, smoked bacon lardons, button mushrooms and garlic in butter. Set aside.

Chicken breast in the pan until it’s got a bit of colour. Add bacon mix back in, mustard, black pepper & flour.

Add white wine, bring to boil then simmer. Stir through cream and garnish with fresh parsley.

Served with mash and petit pois.

Mince with herby mustard dumplings, and green beans.

Mince, carrots and onions slow cooked in the oven with beef stock, mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce, a dash of tomato puree, and lots of black pepper. Turned up the heat and chucked dumplings in for the last half an hour.

Dumplings are packet mix jazzed up with mustard powder and mixed herbs.

Green beans are just the frozen kind, I’m lazy today.

I didn’t know how to make it look pretty but it tastes good 😊

Cheap & Cheerful on a rainy afternoon.

Sometimes you just need a bit of comforting beige! Sausages, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs and baked beans. Slice of bread and butter on the side.

I have the Painter aspiration, and I’ve got to the stage about painting Masterpieces. Before this stage, I swear every other painting was a Masterpiece (I have all the creative traits rewards, and painter career objects)

But now I NEED them, there is not a masterpiece to be seen! Blatant scam going on here ;-)
