Sausages, garlicky mash, cauliflower/broccoli cheese with spring onions, peas and gravy.

Served with lettuce, cucumber, corn, guacamole and sour cream 👍

Two out of three kids found them too spicy, so looks like I’m eating enchiladas for days haha!

Everyone likes fried eggs but I can never get them in nice circles, and it takes ages to cook enough for everyone. Maybe it’s meant for small eggs not large haha!
The non stickness was good though and they taste nice, even if they look ugly 😂

I named her Fiona, so my daughter immediately named the cheese Shrek 😂

Had a crack at one of those picky summer plates everyone has been posting, what we thinking? :)

Not really homemade cos I bought it all from Sainsbury’s. But I did open the packets and chop my own cucumber.

Based off a Taming Twins recipe.

Par boil diced potatoes and stick in the oven to crisp up.

Meanwhile fry off diced chorizo, bacon, onions, peppers and garlic.

Add black pepper, smoked paprika, parsley. Few 100 mls of chicken stock and half a tub of cream cheese.

Combine potato with chorizo mix, top with grated cheese and bake. Fresh parsley to garnish.

Served with a basic salad of lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes.

Cheese and crisp roll.
