Veer Savarkars message to Hindus after partition

My message to the Hindudom on this black day in our history is to assure more despair not! A glorious future awaits the Hindus if only they do not betray themselves. This is not a mere rodomontade I am indulging in. The detailed observation of the history of Hindus through centuries on centuries points in controvertibly to the fact that the Hindu nation is imbued inherently with such an amazing capacity of resurrection, of resistance, of rejuvenation that the black day which finds them completely overwhelmed by the anti Hindu forces is precisely the moment which ushers in the day of their deliverance to quote the Puranic style of the birth of an avatar. It was in the darkest hour of the night that Shri Krishna was born.

It is the indomitable spirit of our inherent vitality that has enabled our national being to prove most immortal in relation to other races or nations ancient or modern and invested it with that strength which ultimately demolished and swept away all anti Hindu forces which raised their head from time to time against us.

Where are the Greeks who accompanied Alexander and his successors right down to the Ganges and were driven back by the triumphant Hindu forces under Chandragupta beyond the ranges of Hindu-Kush? Dead, gone and forgotten are also the Huns who overran all Europe, but we were smashed in the battlefield by the Hindu sword and surrendered and got converted to Hindudom through the Baptism of our sacrificial fire. Where are the mighty hordes of the Shakas? Defeated and driven out of Hindustan.. their very identity has become

matter of mythological conjecture.

Just take up the map of Hindustan about 1600 AD. The Muslims ruled over a Hindustan unchallengeably. Then open out the map of India about 1700 to 1798 AD and what do you see?

Beating the Muslims army to chip in hundreds of battlefields, the Hindu forces are marching triumphantly throughout India (referance to the exploits of Maratha heros chatrapati shivaji, Peshwa Bajirao and Senapati Mahadji Shinde besides Sikh, Jat Bundelkhandi and Assamese heros like Guru Gobind Singh, Maharaja Suraj Mal, Maharaja Chhatrasal and Lachit Borphukan) .... The Muslim empire which rose like a rocket fell like a stick and on its ruin rose up once more the Hindu Hindustan, resurrected and victorious. It will do good even to the Muslims if they realise the import of this historical truth. The fate which overtook them when they had succeeded in converting the whole Hindustan into an actual and factual Pakistan led by the might of an Aurangzeb cannot overwhelm the puny Pakistan of today led by Mr Jinnah! If they want to try again let them try to do their worst.

Nothing has happened in the meanwhile so detrimental to Hindu strength as to make us doubt our fitness to survive in the struggle for existence. The underlying spirit of renaissance, rejuvenation so inherent in our race shall assert itself once more and out of the very womb of the darkness of this black day in our history shall burst out the Golden Dawn of the triumphant tomorrow, if only oo Hindus, you do not betray yourselves. In this faith let the Hindus rise and renew this vow, that we Hindus are a nation by ourselves, that Hindustan, this Bharat bhoomi from the Indus to the seas is our fatherland and Holy Land, that in spite of the treacherous betrayal of the Congressite pseudo nationalism in its betting the crime of vivisection of our country and our state we Hindus shall continue to resist the revolting Pakistani areas till they are forced to annexe with our Central and Sovereign Akhand Hindustani State. That to achieve this cosummation we will Hinduism All politics and Militarise Hindudom.

As it's Independence day, these are some good reads I'd recommend

Balidan is a really good book to gain insights into what the special forces do and what the operatives go through to protect us. There are stories of many such legends who went through a lot for the safety of our country. The second book is a great insight on many unsung heroes from our freedom struggle who weren't mentioned in the history textbooks. It shows that the freedom we got was because of a network of many people who went through hardships and some even sacrificed their life for the cause. I hope you like these recommendations. Wishing everyone a very Happy Independence Day.

Swami Vivekanandas wise words

Why is it that we, three hundred and thirty million of people have been ruled for the last one thousand years by any and every handful of foreigners who chose to walk over our prostrate bodies? Because they had faith in themselves and we had not. What did I learn in the West?

Christian sects repeating that man was a fallen and hopelessly fallen sinner? There, I saw that inside the national hearts of both Europe and America, resides the tremendous power of the men's faith in themselves. An English boy will tell you-"I am an Englishman, and I can do anything." The American boy will tell you the same thing, and so will any European boy.

Can our boys say the same thing here? No, nor even the boys' fathers. We have lost faith in ourselves. Therefore, to preach the Advaita aspect of the Vedanta is necessary to rouse up the hearts of men, to show them the glory of their souls. It is therefore that I preach this Advaita, and I do so not as a sectarian, but upon universal and widely acceptable grounds.

It is easy to find out the way of reconciliation that will not hurt the dualist or the qualified monist. There is not one system in India which does not hold the doctrine that God is within, that Divinity resides within all things. Every one of our Vedantic systems admits that all purity and perfection and strength are in the soul already.

- Swami Vivekananda (To the Youth of India)

May Swami Vivekananda inspire the youth of today's Bharat to stand up and fight against those who want to harm our nation.

This man had immense trust in the youth and lets ensure we will always make him proud by standing against anyone who tries to destabilize and harm Bharat.

Never seen bigger hypocrites than Commies. They abuse capitalism while enjoying fruits of the same capitalism.

Banned + muted for 28 days in r 20sIndiaReal for the crime of... having a different opinion

So I got a 14 day ban in r/20sIndiaReal followed by a 28 day modmail mute because I was apparently practicing "Andhbhakti". I commented about paper leaks/NEET where I did not chant the government bad/protests holy gospel, so apparently demanding accountability or questioning the manipulation of the anger of students/protesters against the government is now "Andhbhakti". I confronted them asking for an explanation of course, and they muted me for nearly a month so I can't reply.

What a surprise, a community that claims to be the voice of Gen Z is nothing but an echo chamber. Andhbhakti is apparently their term for any dissent towards their particular brand of "secularism", and anything against it is "bhakti" of Modi. I hope you all enjoy your safe space filled with people that agree with you, congratulations on achieving what you so desperately claim to oppose. I'll be over here with the rest of the banned "Andhbhakts" having real discussions.

These bastards talk about democracy when they are the real dictators.

And then they say democracy is dead?

You can legit do something like this and get away with it.

So at least democracy isn't dead.

u/ChazzyChazzHT — 28 days ago

Thank you r genzindia for being the crusaders of democracy.

I was participating in the discussions here about CJP protests, asking questions about how it began as a student initiative but later received the support of the opposition and selected student organizations.

Nothing particularly abusive, just standard questions. In one of the threads, someone called me a bitch, so I replied with a curse word, and that was it - I got a permanent ban for "violating civility," while the user who insulted me remained unpunished.

I tried to explain my position in the private message to the mods, but they simply muted me. It seems that if you want to have a fair discussion here, you have to follow the rules.

However, if you do follow them, you will quickly realize that they are not equal. This subreddit pride's itself on freedom of speech, critical thinking, and the independent opinions of Gen Z, but as soon as someone questions the generally accepted version of the CJP narrative, they are labeled as trolls or their comments are deleted without explanation.

Congrats r/GenZIndia, you've become exactly what you claim to hate. Another echo chamber with selective outrage and fragile moderation.

Now I feel it's time for the people on the right to give them the taste of the same medicine. Many of them manage to infiltrate on RW subs because the mods here are open to different views unlike them. But now it's time the same is done to them as well.

While we are talking about Sonam Wangchuk..

Sacrifice is not measured by its duration, but by the suffering it endures and the purpose it serves.

If seventeen days of a hunger strike move your conscience, spare a thought for the thirteen years and five months Veer Savarkar endured in the brutal cells of Cellular Jail and many hundreds who faced

brutality there.

Indian history's greatest tragedy is not that sacrifice is forgotten. It is that momentary suffering is glorified while enduring sacrifice is mocked.

(This is my personal opinion. Feel free to disagree. No hard feelings at all.)
