is this noise?

I saw someone else post something similar, and I was wondering the same thing. It’s such a low percentage, but it wasn’t listed under Trace Ancestry. My uncle is 1% Ashkenazi Jewish, and it says it comes from my maternal side. I’m just curious because my whole family is Catholic.

is it possible they don’t have an intentional ed?

plz hear me out because i never make posts other than random comments. this is just my guilty pleasure 😭

anyways, speaking from my own experience, i recently got badly hooked on nic, and i typically drink a coffee, if not multiple coffees, daily. the first thing my mom said this morning was that this is the smallest i’ve ever been and that i shouldn’t get any smaller. i looked in the mirror and realized she was right. i’m extremely skinny and honestly hadn’t even noticed it and im gonna try to eat more.

but it just reminded me of the stuff i’ve seen on the snark abt them suddenly losing weight that could be the answer bc ive been eating one meal a day and not even noticing bc im full!!! i know it’s alleged that the sisters vape, and they drink matcha, both of which are appetite suppressants so it all could possibly be unintentional. but then again, idk. just food for thought, speaking from my own experience. i hope this all makes sense just randomly thought of it

recent ucsb transfer admit

hi i just got into ucsb with a full ride from cc! i’ll likely be coming in the fall, but i just wanted to hear everyone’s most favorite and least favorite things about the school and what to know. i especially wanna hear from other black students because that 2% is scaring me, but i’d love to hear what everyone thinks of the school and also the best coffee places, best on-campus job, and where to get good food, and what’s the best housing, etc. etc.! i’m also pre-law and also interested in journalism, so anything regarding that, thanks!

uc resident question

Hi, I’m currently in undergrad going to Howard, but I plan to go to grad school following undergrad, hopefully at a UC or CSU. I’m confused because I’m from California, and so is my family. If I go to undergrad out of state, will I still be prioritized as a California resident and receive in-state tuition? Since I’m from California, I guess my permanent residence is still in SoCal with my family, but I’m confused. Please help!

genuinely what happened

how did we go from nate struggling with his sexuality to it not even being mentioned, and him becoming a lazy alcoholic slob whose body gets mutilated every episode? literally, does he not have a gun? then to his wife cassie, who has literally become a commentary on sydney sweeney herself and sam levinson enacting his porn fantasies. then to jules, whose only purpose this season is to be sexualized. genuinely, the only characters whose storylines make sense are rue, maybe maddy, and lexie. every 5 minutes it feels like i’m watching another show, and i have to remind myself it’s euphoria, the show about high schoolers struggling with drugs, abuse, and sexuality. like bro, it’s genuinely slop and i’m still gonna watch next sunday so
