the new first blade of the knights of blood after baal as seen one time in one random place once assumed to be a mistake. here he is on an ok ish custom base with a fun little tyranid trophy

im quite happy with how things turned out, feel free to share yellow recipes or checkerboard methods, i could see myself painting a whole squad some day

tried to lean more into black and metal with less gold for these guys. head turned out pretty good i think

season with lavender, thyme, sage, ground red pepper, salt and a pinch of dark brown sugar. dealers choice on noodles.

add the herbs and ground red pepper with the onions, sugar with the water and tomato paste and salt thru ought to taste

I'd consider this above my usual standard of work for sure. this is one of my captains for my knights of blood crusade force. he will be leading a 10 block of vanguard veterans using the mk2 assult squad.

for those unaware the knights of blood are a renegade but ultimatly loyal chapter of blood angels that supposedly died out in defence of Baal, im using primarily first born kits to reflect their cannonical difficulty aquiring new gear. if anyone is looking into a unique jump pack character for the new crucible rules, may I point you toward dominion zephon
