Be Honest…Is it over? 30M

30M, will be 31 in January which is insane lol. Not an excuse but 10 years ago in college I started to get anxiety and I’ve been battling an anxiety disorder ever since. I’m actively trying to recover now, but I haven’t dated. Like at all. No experience. I guess I was just trying to survive the last 10 years. I have a good career I would say and I’d consider myself a pretty good looking guy and have been told so. On the shorter side but not drastic like 5 9. I would say I used to be really introverted but I have pushed myself throughout my 20s as well. I’d say the last several years I’ve pushed myself to approach women out at bars with friends and such. I got a few numbers but it never went anywhere. Dating apps, maybe I’m too picky on there, but I never have any luck and I can’t be bothered anymore. My likes are not reciprocated and I just don’t get much activity at all. The most important thing for me right now is my mental health of course, but I also just can’t see any sort of avenue or a future with a woman at this point. Especially at 30 with no experience. Am I being harsh or this is a fair realization unfortunately?

Was sick a month ago and have had headaches since?

They happen at like the apex of my head and come and go so I’m thinking it’s tension due to the fact I am trying to currently recover from OCD as well. Went to an ENT and said there was some mild inflammation after being sick but everything else was good to go. It’s a full ache but it does keep coming around consistently but again, comes and goes. Anyone?

Backup QB subbed in at RB?

I had my wear and tear auto subs on keep fresh and I have 4 backs on my depth chart. But it’s happened twice now in a game where it’ll sub in my backup QB as my back? Why does it do that?

Has anyone had an issue recently with man to man defense?

Seems to happen when I press but a safety will have the assignment of a tight end for instance and just blitz instead of staying with his assignment. I think I’ve seen linebackers and even corners do this as well recently and it’s frustrating. Is this happening to anyone else?

Don’t know what to do anymore please help me

I’m on the fence about trying Luvox for my somatic ocd after being on Prozac for a decade

I’ve tried my absolute hardest to be consistent with my ERP and while I’ve had make progress and had success, it hasn’t been enough. I’m so torn between continuing to try and the ability to get off of Prozac more easily one day or perhaps trying some new that could really help me. I’m lost does anyone have any input I really don’t know what to do at this point

I don’t understand how the math works here with the unspent?

It’s 400 unkeep for the facility and if you are below that in the unspent it says insufficient funds but it’s already accounted for in the budget? Can someone explain this to me

Blueprint and Bowl Game Questions

I don’t understand where the 725 figure is coming from here if the building is 400? I don’t think I have anything else in the equipment slots so just confused by that.

Also, in this same online dynasty, I joined mid year and took over Wake and won 3 of 4 to finish 4-8. Somehow I’m in a bowl game? How lol?

Is anyone’s kicking meter suddenly bouncing up on extra points that cause you to miss?

I recently switched to tap tap and I had to go back to tap and hold because of this. It only happens on extra points for me the meter will start and then all of a sudden shoot up and kind of spazz out and the kick will go wide?

Please please help: Does Luvox actually help reduce obsessions? I’m at my wits end with somatic ocd and I have already tried my best with ERP

Please tell me there is hope because I have had a great coach and great teachers but I can’t stop my compulsions consistently. I’ve been putting of a new medication for years now and I’ve only ever been on Prozac with the hope maybe I could get off and fully recover without meds. But I’m still struggling mightily despite my best efforts. I don’t know what to do this is all a nightmare. Just when I’m making progress my somatic shape shifts. Can anyone please reassure me maybe something else can help me? Is any medication like Luvox that I have considered for a while now going to make enough of a difference obsession wise? Otherwise I don’t see a point

How does placement and accuracy work? Haven’t played Madden in years

I see all the best players use it and I use revamped but the whole Freeform thing I’m not quite understanding with the target after the ball is thrown. I get it’s a similar type of meter but I can’t really find a specific video breaking down like how you do this lol

Does anyone have these experiences with these hitting cameras? Also would like some input

I’ve been trying to crack WS for a few years now and got up to 785 during WC but couldn’t do it. I had never played on hall of fame and was doing decent for a beginner but striking out way more. So far in the new season back on all star I’m like 9-5 and my rating is in the 630s. I have a monitor and I’ve been using strike zone 2 but saw some videos most people use strike zone or strike zone high. SZ was too zoomed in for me so I’m using high and also turned on the blur. I feel like I’m hitting the ball harder but also striking out more than I usually do on all star because it seems like it’s coming in faster zoomed in and also it’s harder to recognize like the lower off speed pitches? Maybe it’s just me? Either way I don’t think I can crack WS im like 20-9 on the year and it’s just too hard lol. I either blow a lead pitching, lose by a run, or just can’t win enough games in a row. But does anyone share the same experience with the cameras and what would you recommend for someone in my spot

Just made the jump to HOF, frustrated

Got up to my highest rating ever this weekend of 786 but still can’t crack WS. Been playing since 21 but I don’t think I really started messing around with ranked until couple years ago. I went 6-6 in WC as I was trying to hit that 800 and averaged 3 runs a game and probably somewhere between 7-9 hits. There were a few moments and a few games where it felt like it was starting to click, specifically a few home runs in like 4 ABs. Otherwise I’m striking out so much more and because of the speed at which it comes in I feel as though my swing choice is much worse. I generally try to watch the release of the ball and would determine if I think it’s gonna be in the zone/at what pace it’s coming in at but it’s all happening so fast now. Not sure if I’m being hard on myself as I’m probably 15 games in but just had the goal of reaching WS once. To be honest, I’m not even having as much fun lol. Anyone have a similar experience/is this normal adjustment?

Really looking for help, didn’t get a response the other day

Ive had somatic OCD since 2022 now centered around swallowing and now the sounds my ears make because my swallowing isn’t automatic like it used to be. It’s even extended to sensations of using my phone when I swipe and such and repeating until it feels right. I’ve used professionals and I’ve used and still use a coach who is not a professional but has provided me with so much and recovered himself. I know what to do but I can’t consistently do it. I’ve fallen down and gotten back up a million times at this point. I know to just let the sensations and urges be there and pivot to life, he’s been drilling that to me. Don’t ruminate and just continue to get on with life. I’ve also gotten roped into using AI apps the last 9 months for on and off reassurance. I’m 30 and I feel like if I don’t do something now my life is over.

One panic attack at 20 ruined the prime of my life. I’ve only ever been on Prozac at the highest of doses and now at 40mg. I never made a switch because my dream was to get off of it and recover like my coach and so many do. Again, I know what I need to do, consistency is just a real issue and ocd always finds another somatic angle to torture me with. I’ve held off on maybe trying a new med for years because of my dream, but there’s also no guarantee it does anything either so what’s the point. You have to do the work and I just can’t. This isn’t how my life was supposed to go. I somehow function but idk how. What do I do please. How do I maintain consistency? My goal was to stick with this for a month or 2 as I never have given myself a chance to do that and my coach promised I’d see change. Should I consider another med? I still think I can do this but I feel at my wits end
