Recently I am hearing this a lot from my friends that they don’t want to have kids

Some of my friends reason :

I used to book Rapido left and right since I don’t have a bike here

Recently I booked a Rapido bike from my relatives’ place to my flat

**Rapido sucks**

They don’t seem to care about their customers once something goes seriously wrong

Personally, I’m going to avoid Rapido and prefer Uber or other alternatives

And kudirithe ₹100–200 extra aina auto/cab ki vellandi

I was travelling as a passenger on a Rapido bike in Mallapur, Hyderabad, on 21 August 2026.

The bike met with an accident and I suffered multiple knee fractures, a patella fracture (broken into 3 pieces), and a femur/thigh-bone fracture. I am currently admitted in a private hospital and nothing happened to driver

An FIR has already been registered. The ride was booked through the Rapido app, and I can get the bike’s registration number.

My main concern is compensation and insurance.
If the bike has third-party insurance, can I claim compensation through the insurer/MACT as a passenger?

What happens if the bike has no third-party insurance?

Does Rapido provide any passenger/accident insurance or other coverage for rides booked through the app?

If the driver is a normal Rapido rider and doesn’t have much money, who would actually pay the compensation?

What documents/evidence should my family preserve right now?

Should I avoid accepting any settlement from the driver/Rapido while I am still undergoing treatment?

I’d especially appreciate advice from lawyers experienced in MACT/motor insurance cases in Hyderabad/Telangana, or anyone who has gone through a similar situation.

I visited a doctor(MD general medicine) near by as my medico friend suggested

He suggested 1500 mcg per week and my medico friend(pg) said first they will do 1 injection per day for 6-7 days then they will switch to 1 injection per week
