Can you question your shiekh? What if he says or tells you to do something you dont want to do? Do you have to blindly follow them? How did you find your shiekh and what makes you trust them?

Well i opened up to someone for the first time about what i went through after keeping it to myself for more than a decade and now we dont talk for some other reasons i feel terrible i can not get therapy even though i know i really need it i dont know where else to go to vent so i am here i am not even sure if its an appropriate place to talk about this i would appreciated any advice that will help me
Recently this has been on my mind how many rape cases we do come across every day every week and every month and for how long do you remember them how long are the in your mind and when do you forget about them
We the people reading those stories feel pity for the victims and move on but the victims living the stories continue living it till they die their suffering never ends and belonging to society like ours they are made to feel like they dont belong dont fit in with others they are not the villains yet they will be the ones bearing the consequences of someone elses actions everyone will pity them but no one will allow their sons to marry them people will say they care about them but they will judge them side by side finding reasons of why they went through it how did they manage to attract a predator what they could have avoided
We the readers of these articles their stories show the most support by liking and commenting thinking it will help them somehow and i believe it must do in one way or another but the thing is that as quick as we are to raise awareness of the matter we are alsp quick in forgetting and the victims live the story forever
I dont really know what i want to conclude in this post but ig it just annoys me how sharing the story doesnt really help the victim much it gives the ids sharing the story more likes and engagement but it doesnt cahnge the victims life i wish there were more effective ways i wish we could do something for the victim to feel clean and normal again i wish i would not only read the stories but also support the victims in a way that they wont have to be the ones carrying the burden of someone elses wrongdoing
Currently suffering from brain fog cant bring myself to open books my block is in a week and i am getting stressed now but i cant bring myself to study how do i bring myself out of this situation please help
