When saying to Alexa to adjust the volume for all four speakers in the house, volume 2 is too quiet and volume 3 too loud - how do you get it to be between those two please?

I've been receiving emails from Bing containing the below content with the above subject header. Three points to ask:

1. How can I get them to work with the https version of the site?
2. What does this below text actually mean please?
3. Why do they mention www.website.com and not the actual website referring to?
