Visiting in August
Tere, Im a American who’s going to be traveling and staying in Tallinn during August and wanted to see what y’all suggest I do, and what are some good alcohols I should try, I don’t have to worry abt where to live since I’ll be there with my partner, cheers!
Personal LOA/ Unpaid time off
Hey y’all, I’ve been working at Kroger for about 10 months and I will be reaching a year on August 6th, the issue is that on August 8th I’m going to leave the country for around 2 weeks due to family related issues but I’m not sure if to ask for personal LOA or something similar or what I should even do, I’d rather not quit since I do temporary depend on this job. Thanks for any advice 👍🏽
Edit: thanks guys for the advice, talked to the manager and got those days off, hopefully anyone else who needs this info like me finds this post, cheers!
( Forgive my terrible grammar it’s 3am)
Hello fellow sufferers! I’m a “Grocery replenishment clerk” or wtv fancy name they want to give me, basically I fix shit, I bring down and bring out everyone’s shit, primarily bringing down top stock n such the usual, but like this shits endless! I clear out 2 aisles and suddenly night crew decides (aw yeah, more space to throw literally everything up there” like I keep doing this and the guys supposedly fixing the counts so we don’t keep ordering so damn much just don’t fix shit. I’ve been working at Kroger for almost a year now and my god had it only gone downhill since the previous head manager left, the counts are way off, I’m the only one doing top stock in a pretty big store and it’s just me and 10 aisles of just hundreds of random items in top stock. I could clean it up all neat and shit but by the next day since our counts are off by a whole ocean top stock just stays consistently flooded. There is probably no other position or job more disheartening than this one.
