Cookware to go in to air fryer?

Been thinking of silicone liners/ parchment/ metal trays/ or glass trays.

Just to contain things that have like marinated/ spices/ oil/ small bits that will fall through the grate and just to keep things tidy.

Anyone have any ideas on what is good and works well with the air fryer.

Ideally a nice square metal tray with slightly deeper sides would be ideal. Seems easier to clean

Is Snowdon just a cat walk?

Did Snowdon the other day, the queues were mental and definitely the busiest most congested hill I've ever been on.

Sssoooo many folk in baggy denim jeans, Arcteryx jackets and Ski Goggles???

Is this a fashion thing? Are people just misunderstood on what's right to bring for a mountain? Like anyone who knows understands the oxymoron of ski goggles and denim trousers like wtf?

Also a lot of folk just blasting music I've never experienced any think that on a hill before.

Nightmare kitting out my bike

I want to get in to bike packing but it's turning out to be more of a nightmare than anticipated.

I have a Whyte Verro.

Nothing wants to fit my bike

What do I do about handlebar space. How do I put a handlebar bag. And lights. And a computer there's so little space to hang things. Do I need a restrap bump bar?

My handlebars are dropped so my top tube bag is kinda flappy and all the top tube bags all have big straps.

Panniers don't fit I need a different bracket for the seat to fit it and gravel bike tyres are wider and all the sizes are all over the place.

And frame bags all seem to be flat near the stem. My bike is super tapered near the right end closest to the handle bars. Do I have to pay tonnes for a custom?

Is this just how it is? Is it a skill issue. Any suggestions on how to properly look or advice. I'm at a loss here

Name of this song or name of cover?

Saw a live ska band playing live in the streets of Edinburgh. Seen they a few times but I don't know the name of the song. The lyrics are Roly Poly I think and someone said its a ska cover of another song but he didn't know it either. Anyone know the name of the actual song or is it an original perhaps.

Day trip or short overnight gravel bike tracks and trips

I live in Edinburgh and I'm looking for some good single day gravel bike trips or even like a small 2 day-er. I'm wanting to train eventually for the badger divide but don't know where to start in terms of good places to go

Top tube bag advice

Just bought myself a Whyte Verro and I want to kit it out with bike packing bags. I want a top tube bag but it seems that my stem is super short. Any advice on what bag would be best and how to correctly size it

D1 Form help!

Passed my driving test the other day

I'm sending off my D1 Form and my provisional. To get my actual license.

I need to change my address because the old one was on my provisional.

I've got 3 questions really:

1- Do I also need to send off my certificate?

2 - Which Swansea postcode is it going to there's like a bunch of different ones.

  1. If I send my certificate can I still drive without it or do I need to wait until my driving license has arrived?

Thanks in advanced!

Any communities helping pigeons with stringfoot

I love the pigeons in Edinburgh and in general. I think they're quite sweet and I enjoy feeding them if I'm at the Foot of the Walk or in town.

I've noticed in a lot of major cities there communities or individuals helping pigeons that get stringfoot.

Is there any like that in Edinburgh or any individuals who are knowledge about this. I'd love to help but don't know how to?

▲ 107 r/Edinburgh

Is it me or is getting a job In Edinburgh horrendous.

I've got a 1st class degree and 2 awards from Napier. Since graduation I've worked in retail minimum wage for the last 4 years and I know a tonne of other people in very similar situations. Everyone seems to be applying for 100s of jobs with no luck.

Seems like degrees are worth nothing and Edinburgh is so over saturated.

Has anyone else experienced this. Anyone see a way out

Serious answers and genuine help only please.

How would you put a cone up here?

I'm ready for downvotes

Also I don't care about the discussion of it being a Glasgow thing or whether you approve of it or not.

We're just having a chat. It's a little fun. A little thought experiment.

Obviously no one is gonna attempt it. That would be crazy

But if you were gonna try it what would you do?

A drone?

A big stick?

Climb it?

Z flick poles with regular tarps?

Anyone used the Durston Z flick poles with regular tarps?

For context, I tend to use my regular trekking poles for tarp set ups as an extra shelter for chilling at camp in the rain. Sometimes 2 poles isn't quite enough for creating a nice spacious, open set up with a nice view. If I'm with other folk or canoeing I can use their poles or ores.

Anyway I've considered the Zflick poles as an nice extra thing to carry to make nice elaborate tarp set ups.

However... from what it looks like to me the tips (especially the pointed tip) doesn't seem quite long enough to hold the loops on the corner of my tarp as well as a clove hitch for the guy line?

Any one had any experience or extra tips for using these with tarp or is it a matter of the product not being quite right.

A lot of other tarp poles have longer spikes on the end (same either my poles) so house the loops for my tarp and a clove hitch.

I could also tie the cord to the loop but again the spikes don't look quite long enough

Changing wifi password site not secure

I want to change my wifi name and password.

Ive typed in the little number on the hub in to the browser and chrome tells me the website is NOT SECURE and attackers may steal my information. I can bypass it and go on the to Virgin media hub settings page. However I dont trust it now and feel like I shouldnt change my password.

Main reason to change is to make it easier for guests and also we have a lot of devices so it'll make life easier for when we are connecting.

But why is the website not secure surely its an official website right. How can I make it more secure
