I'm getting a Pixel 10 Pro gonna be my first ever android phone. I have some questions.

As the title says, I will be getting a Pixel 10 Pro very soon. I've always seen the phone reviews of the new Pixels when they came out, but never made the switch until now. My current phone is an iPhone 12, and I mean it's getting up there, the battery overheating and storage are pushing me towards upgrading.

Is there anything that I should know about the Pixel's flavor of Android, or any quality of life apps or features that are recommended to have on or off, or download? Idk about anything specific, but any info would be nice.

Can't decide which project I should tell my mentor I want to work on.

Hey everyone,

I am currently working as a data engineering intern, and my mentor has given me our team's wiki and had me read through the 3 main projects he's involved in and told me to let him know which one I find most interesting and would want to work on. I read them all and tbh they all sound interesting, and I'm not sure which would be best to go for in terms of learning.

The first one involves working on a querying system that helps our internal users get information from org docs and SharePoint. It involves working with agentic AI, semantic search, and multi-source retrieval.

The second is redoing a data pipeline and inference engine that handles predictions for a variety of business use cases. This one seems to be in line with more traditional data engineering work, MLOps, and building more traditional ML models compared to gen AI and deep learning.

The third building out a new data pipeline and ML model for the company's financial department, minimizing risk, and automating clearance decisions.

Like these all sound so interesting, and I don't know which type of work makes the most sense for a long-term career
