Hello, so my oc has a flesh eating bacteria that is destroying his hand. However, I can't find any pictures of what exactly I picture it looking as so I made this. What could I have done to make better or more realistic.

And other than gore, how can I make my art peice less flat? I tried greyscale but it didn't turn out the best...
