How much ammo should you carry

If I'm using 5.56,7.62 I carry about 400-450 if I'm using 9mm I carry 500-600 and for shotguns I carry 50 shells . Also I carry 10 energy drinks,7 first aid kits and two smoke grenades

Got lucky af on my leggings and boots

Can't wait for probably one of the most annoying power hour yet
