Can I add a sauna to a workout?

Bevel does not seem to have an ‘ activity Sauna’. I know it’s not a workout. But this metric would help due to a spike in RHR, etc. Did someone find a sauna button?

Bloodwork, time to panic?

Maybe some of you can hear me out.
I'm on 150mg test-e a week, taking it in 3-injections a week. Now i just got my bloodwork back. Loads of markers seem in check. But stuff like hematocrit at 53% (used to be 47% last year) worry me. Also my SHGB is at 17. Seems low?

I have a medical-check with my docter late august. Would like to hear your advise on what do next and if i should panic about the 53% hemtocrit.

Thanks millions,

feeling better on 150mg each 5th day or daily dosing?

I'd like to hear some personal opinions about the difference in overall sense of well-being between microdosing testosterone and taking (about) 150 mg of testosterone every five days.

  • What dosage works best for you?
  • What injection frequency gives you the best overall sense of well-being?
  • Which carrier oil/test do you use?

Feeling horrible on TRT+, week 9. HELP

Looking for some advice from people with more TRT+ expierince

I'm currently on TRT+ 230 mg Testosterone Cypionate per week, split into 3 injections. I'm now in week 9.

Over the last couple of weeks I've started feeling pretty rough:

  • Heavy-headed / brain fog
  • Significant drop in libido
  • Very low energy and motivation
  • Strength in the gym is still good and progressing
  • However, I have almost no desire to get out of bed and generally feel fatigued

For context:

  • I'm 36 years old
  • Pre-cycle bloodwork looked good (LDL, HDL, hematocrit, etc. were all within healthy ranges)
  • My baseline total testosterone was 690 ng/dL
  • I train 3x per week and do two 25-minute running sessions on weekends
  • My blood pressure is normally around 132/78 - 128/75 ( i test once a week)
  • I am not using hCG
  • I am not using an aromatase inhibitor (AI)

I did bloodwork in week 7 and got the following results:

  • Total Testosterone: 1490 ng/dL
  • Estradiol (E2): 320 pmol/L

Given these symptoms and bloodwork, what would you recommend? Does this sound like an estrogen issue, dosage issue, or something else I should be looking into?

I find it strange that my strength in the gym is still there, but my libido, energy, and overall sense of well-being have dropped significantly. I felt like superman in week 3.....

Any input or similar experiences would be appreciated.

Recent bloodwork, E2 help

So,

Just did my 6-weeks-in bloodwork at 250mg testosteron a week. Lifts in the gym amazing. Erection out of this world. General feeling ; 6/10. Sleep a bit off lately.

Would anybody suggest lowering the dose a bit to prevent e2 from becoming a problem? Is 300pmol/L a bad marker at 250mg?

At week 14 doing a full bloodwork panel again. This just a minor check-in for total test and e2.

Age: 36
Injections: 3x a week
Test: Cyprionate

Luckily, I have all three options and my insurance covers test-e, test-c and Sustanon 250. If you could choose, based on injecting 90mg (180mg total) twice a week, what would you choose and why? I could inject daily, or once a week. But I think Monday / Thursday is sustainable.
