And its really fun. Combat and bosses are a massive improvement compared to the first game weapon movesets as well feel so much better

Haven't made it very far yet but I teared up on a scene with josse(won't say which due to spoilers lol) also i really like the time travel aspect and the ability to choose the fate of the characters

So far a 10/10 for me

Ever since I watched the god eater anime ive been thinking about how cool it would be to get a god eater game with that same vibe

What i mean by that is the balls to the wall over the top action from that anime where every aragami was a threat and was fucking shit up even the ogretails(anime came out 10 years ago and still looks excellent btw) god eater is still a pretty niche series but I think that would be an awesome way to evolve it beyond god eater 3

This is pretty much a yap post lol but I wanted to type my thoughts out as ive been thinking about this for years and if they do go the route of the god eater anime the next game would definitely have to be M rated😂(im looking at you dyaus pita scene)

Been seeing the absolute WORST takes i think ive ever seen for a db game since they released that gameplay trailer

Saying xv3 looks anything like battle of z or SHINOBI. STRIKERS YES SHINOBI. STRIKERS will instantly make me not take anything you say seriously till the end of time(and I liked battle of z and shinobi strikers but come on now lets be so fr)

Saying xv3 is a downgrade from xv2 is actually insane just based on what little we've seen its an undeniable glow up from the last game just on visuals and animations alone also the simple fact that our hair now spikes up when we go super saiyan invalidates that statement entirely and if that wasn't enough they finally got rid of that glossy dipped in oil stuff off the characters. I love the xv series but the glossiness was too much(was toned down in xv2 but in xv1 good lord almighty)

Idk what people are smoking but the basic combat and movement looks like a vast improvement from the last game so far(I wont speak on the soul change stuff till we have more info but if its optional and takes the spot of your awoken skill if you so choose then i dont understandt he uproar just dont use it then) i personally dont mind the cooldown system xv2 made people get too comfortable with spamming one move to win(pvp especially) now you have to fight like a man I love it and at the same time no one has played the game yet so you cant really say its bad until you have

Im not even mad about the latest remaster announcement cause tales of eternia is one of the tales games ive been wanting to play for a long time

Those last 2 remaster announcements had me mad salty so this is refreshing lmao

Im so glad we can finally control other characters outside of battle besides cloud that was my one nitpick about the previous games

And it looks like we're getting the ability to change outfits as well(I know rebirth had a couple costume change options but it wasn't enough lol)

So i finished the eden raid series with some friends yesterday and I gotta say its my favorite raid series so far ESPECIALLY reflugence. The fight, the music(phase 2 music to be exact oh my god) and my favorite part of the raid, when gaia shows up at the end to help break us out of the crystal i stood up and cheered for her lmao im still blown away by that fight in particular just typing it out gives me chills(pun intended😂)

I feel like that gif of sully and boo watching sprouts running around in uldah for the first time😂
