I5 14600k degradation symptoms

Hey, i have i5 14600k oc'ed to 5.6p, 4.2e, 4.7 ring ratio and i compared my results in aida64 cache benchmark and mine l2 and L3 cache read speeds are like +- 200gbs slower than any other even stocks results from other ppl, also im encountering weird microstutter every 2 minutes or most often when game is rendering something in the dinstance and in coop games the problem is even more noticable like in 7 days to Die when im hosting server and im driving the stutter is for like 0.5sec every 20sec when games is loading terrain/textures and my friend with i9 10gen have no problem. So my question is this syptoms of possible CPU degradation/problem?

I5 14600k + 9070xt low 1% fps

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with Cyberpunk 2077 and I’m trying to figure out what could be causing it.

My setup:

Intel i5-14600K

Radeon RX 9070 XT

DDR4 RAM

Windows 11

The game usually runs with decent average FPS, but I sometimes get noticeable micro stutters and pretty low 1% low FPS. What’s strange is that after overclocking the CPU and RAM, my average FPS is basically the same as on stock settings.

I also tested it without XMP enabled, and the average FPS still seems very similar. Enabling XMP, overclocking the RAM, and tuning the CPU don’t really improve the average FPS and 1% low in Cyberpunk.

The main problem is not the average FPS, but the frame pacing / micro stutters / low 1% lows. It feels like the game is not as smooth as it should be for this hardware.
