At the shooting range, what’s the exact target movement speed while ADS?

When I set the target to “Walk” and move left and right while ADS, I’m faster than the target. But when I set it to “Run” and ADS, I’m slower than the target.

Can someone explain the exact movement speed or settings so it matches more accurately?
