I Just wanted to let everyone know that medical guidance for Hashimotos Sucks! I've been suffering with debilitating symptoms for years since I got diagnosed 4yrs ago, my Docs NEVER tested for any nutritional deficiencies. I finally found an affordable Place to get my levels checked on my own, and oh an behold I'm severally deficient in Ferritin and Vit D!!! my energy is tanked and this could totally be the problem!!! Has anyone cut off their parents due to them being absolutely crazy? Was it worth it? I’m so sick of dealing with my bipolar father, one week he’s ok, the next week he’s threatening me if I say one word that he doesn’t like. I’m 40!!! I moved out at 17. I can’t deal with walking on egg shells anymore I’m constantly living in fight or flight. I don’t need anything from him but him & my mom are still together I feel like he has had a negative impact on my health & mental well being it affects my already hard to function life & he doesn’t understand any of it. I might need to get law enforcement involved any words of wisdom would be helpful or someone to just listen
