I’m currently in Dubai studying BSc Computer Science, specialising in Big Data & AI at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, with an expected graduation in March 2027.
And honestly, I’m at the point where I’m looking for a good full-time, salaried opportunity.
I’m not going to limit myself to one specific job title.
My degree is in Big Data & AI, and I have experience with Python, SQL, machine learning, computer vision, web development, Java, project management and data analysis. I’ve built projects ranging from a 94% accurate real-time object detection system to machine learning models working with 110,000+ records, relational databases, responsive web applications and a real-time airport guidance application called TripGenie.

I’m willing to explore different industries and different types of roles if the opportunity is good, the company is legitimate, there is room to grow, and the compensation makes sense.
Technology? Absolutely.
Data or AI? Of course.

Operations, consulting, customer-facing roles, business development, or something completely different where my skills can transfer? I’m willing to hear about it.
I learn quickly, I’m comfortable with technology, I can work with data, communicate with people, solve problems and actually build things.

Okay Reddit, I’m going to try something different.
I’m currently in Dubai studying BSc Computer Science, specialising in Big Data & AI at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, with an expected graduation in March 2027.
I’m looking for a full-time, salaried role where I can actually get started in the industry, learn from people who know what they’re doing, and contribute to real projects.
I’ve spent the last couple of years building things rather than just studying theory.
For example, I built a real-time object detection system using Python and OpenCV that achieved 94% accuracy on a 2,000-image dataset, while reducing manual labelling time by around 60%.
I also worked on a machine learning project comparing Logistic Regression and KNN models to predict medical appointment no-shows across 110,000+ records.
On the software side, I’ve built responsive web applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, worked with SQL databases containing 10+ entities, and completed projects involving Java, OOP, data structures, algorithms and dynamic programming.
One of the projects I’m particularly proud of is TripGenie, a real-time airport guidance application. I worked on it from UX storyboarding through to the final prototype, covering things like flight tracking, gate alerts and navigation.
So what am I actually looking for?
