Sobrang unexpected neto honestly…

Hindi ko akalain na may BPO pa palang hindi sobrang stressful yung application process

For almost 1 month, araw-araw ako nag-aapply. Yung iba pinaasa ako, yung iba ang daming exams tapos ending rejected din. Umabot pa sa point na nawawalan na ako gana kasi parang kahit effortan mo, ang hirap pa rin makapasok.

Then may nakita akong opening na tinry ko lang talaga out of curiosity kasi virtual process daw.

Akala ko same hassle lang ulit pero surprisingly:  1 day process, Virtual lahat, Language assessment lang, Walang Berlitz / Versant / typing test.

Pinaka nagulat ako kasi hindi naman ganun ka-strong previous experience ko pero tinanggap pa rin ako.

I’ve been applying to different BPO companies these past few weeks and honestly, most processes were exhausting — multiple assessments, long waiting times, and a lot of “we’ll update you” messages.

Recently though, I applied to one company and the process was much simpler compared to the others I tried. Everything was done virtually and I received feedback within the same day. The only assessment I went through was a language assessment.

What stood out to me:

• Virtual application process
• Faster turnaround compared to other companies I applied to
• No lengthy screening exams in my experience
• Offer package was around 25k–28k including benefits
• HMO coverage and other incentives included

Sharing this here in case others are currently job hunting and feeling discouraged after multiple rejections. There are still companies with more straightforward hiring processes.
