Vanguard Advisory Services - Thoughts?

So I signed up for their advisory services and I realized today that performance, versus the target retirement fund, has been worse for 1 year, slightly better for 3 year. Add in a management fee, and I am thinking I need to just go back to a target retirement fund. The few times I have asked my advisor questions, he doesn't really help with anything. I am a few years from retirements 3 minimum, but maybe 5-7 more likely. With that being the case, has anyone else felt like you aren't getting your money worth from this advisory service? Thoughts? Thanks.

For those of you using Passkeys, have you disabled other forms of MFA?

I am considering implementing Windows Business Hello so my end users can use passkeys to log into Microsoft Online services. I realize passkeys are more secure. However, I am not sure, in my environment, I could completely disable other forms of MFA. Without being able to disable all other forms of MFA, I am trying to determine if it is worth the lift to implement Windows Business Hello. For those of you using passkeys, have you disabled other forms of MFA?

To note: Bluetooth passkeys workflow will not work in my environment. We also do not have InTune. The other option in our environment for passkeys to work will be Windows Business Hello.

Thank you.

Stale Authenticator?

I have setup a conditional access policy with a custom authentication strength for sign-in with phone - passwordless.

It works great for some users, but for others it does not.

I am still working things out, but it almost appears that even though their devices are registered and they are set to use passwordless sign-ins, it doesn't recognize them as being setup as such.

Has anyone experienced the authenticator app being "stale"? This is the only thing I can think and tomorrow I am going to try requiring a user to re-register.

Just wondering if this even makes sense. My users are setup the same and hit the same CA policy so I really feel the issue is at the device level. Thanks.

Is this an App Issue?

We have a new vendor app we are rolling out. I asked them to setup SSO. I provided my tenant ID and approved the app. I see it in my enterprise apps looks good. The problem is that a user can login once, and then all subsequent logins seem to loop and say "you have been logged out due to inactivity". I have several other apps that are using Entra SSO fine on this device with the same conditional policies. I have tried on work devices and personal, same thing. Is this most likely an app configuration issue on their side? Thanks.

Print on Demand - Newbie Question

Hi All,

I have been contemplating starting a pop-up store with Printify, but I am hesitant and have a few questions for the veterans in the room.

1.) What if someone wants to return an item. I have to refund them if they aren't happy with it. How often do you encounter this?

2.) Do you order a prototype of very item you sell?

I am mostly concerned that I am going to get stuck in return nightmares. I worked for a cosmetic company once. People would buy the product at stores like Neiman Marcus, go home, empty the bottle, fill it up with another product, and return it for their money back.

Thanks,

Late to Game on VCX Puts. Thoughts?

So I am late to the game, not having bought a put before.

The ones I am looking at now are hefty at $4,450 for October 2026 expiration.

Unlock happens in September and I think this is going to fall to somewhere around $35.00/share which would make puts still valuable.

Thoughts on this?

On SpaceX's controlled lock-up periods and how it will affect price?

Thoughts on SpaceX's controlled lock-up periods and how it will affect price?

With most stock, when the lock-up period ends, the stock price goes down. However, with their tiered lock-up release, wondering how others feel this will impact the selling price? Do you think it will go down significantly?

How many people have been denied shares for pre-IPO offerings?

How many people have been denied shares for pre-IPO offerings? My account with SoFi is relatively new. I reserved some shares, and confirmed, but I am thinking it is probably unlikely I will get them because my account is new.

Diet Help

I need some advice so I can help my husband. He was always very thin and could eat anything without gaining weight. Well, until Hashimotos came around. He is now considered overweight, not a lot, but enough - about 10 pounds. Has anyone found a good diet to help lose weight with Hashimotos? I know the doctor says that the disease does not make you gain weight, but I cannot help but think it is related. He did not gain weight until he had it. Thanks.
