My 7 yo dog (left) tolerates this streetie called Rosie. Rosie is a 2 year old indie baby that has nothing but love to give. For context, my dog hates all other dogs (being an ex streetie himself). He initially used to growl at Rosie, but she was immune to his growling and now we go on walks together and he initiates play with her (very rarely but he's mostly tolerant of her on our walks). We have formed a bond with Rosie too but we aren't sure if our dog is 100% okay with Rosie being home full time. She's come to our door and he's always growled at her. Once we move from this house, we would like to take Rosie with us and just want to know what ground work we should lay for the transition to be smooth. Please share any advice/tips and tricks.

I don't want the "because my budget is XYZ cr" and 'the project is close to work". I want a deep dive into what are the factors you think would be best to gauge a project, and what according to your experience and expertise would be the best area to live in currently.
This is just getting out of hand at this point. I'd be on my way to become a millionaire if I had a dollar for every time I had to follow an influencer to get a link from them.
