Finally Bought my first QD-OLED At 16, and guess what making content on my platforms paid for all of it it’s crazy.

Anyways just a breakdown for people that care

The keylights are the Neewer GL25B
mic is the fifine Tank 6
Mic arm is the fifine BM88
Mousepad is the attack shark CM02 changing soon
Keyboard is the AULA win 68he with XVX Japanese keycaps

For monitors I’m rocking the onn 24 inch 165hz monitor as my second monitor and my main is the

Do mobile gestalt tweaks break when you update?

I’m on an iPhone 14 base, and I’ve really loved using the Dynamic Island on iOS 26.1. I know the tweaks aren’t supported which means I won’t be able to change my current settings if I update but does that mean that updating will overwrite any tweaks?

Im thinking about updating to iOS 27 developer beta 1 as I’ve tested each beta since iOS 17

On paying taxes on sponsorships

So I’m a pretty decently big creator and a few company’s are trying to send out products for review the payment is me getting to keep the product so I’m wondering if I have to pay taxes if I’m not making any money or is it considered a gift

How do I tell my parents that I’ve been sneaking tiktok, makeing content and makeing money for the past 2 years

For context I’m 16 about to be 17 and I make content on tiktok and YouTube. My mom seems to be paranoid of tiktok because there’s apparently p on the platform even though I’ve been sneaking the app for 2 years and haven’t seen any in my time.
On top of that she wants me to be 18 because that’s the age you fully mature. She won’t even let me have the tiktok studio app and I’m limited to YouTube. So what should I do.
I don’t want to give up on the money I’ve been making and I know if I stay consistent I can make a lot more.

How bad is wearing raybands out in public

For context I’m about to pull the trigger but I’m scared that if I go out I’m going to get called a creep, or get weird stares as with anything expensive or just be pestered for having meta raybands
