2018 Silverado Transmission Fluid Question?

I have a 2018 Silverado 1500 5.3 with 99k miles.

Never changed out Transmission Fluid.

​

Ive heard that at this point it may be best not to should I go ahead and change it.

​

Not noticing any issues with transmission, occasionally it may have a hurky change but nothing regular or too concerning.

Districts that have been taken over, are they still paying TIA?

I am aware that HISD is not paying TIA designation (although I have seen that teachers especially in core tested classes are getting pretty hefty raises).

​

But what about the other districts? Are they still paying out TIA? I ask bc i am hoping for Master designation next year (currently Recognized) and the current district I work in had a good chance of being taken over.

[condo] [TX] 78724 - Noise Complaint

I own a small studio condo on the 2nd floor or a condo complex in East Austin. Below me is a barbershop that has been playing music and specifically bass loud to the point that 1 tenant requested to break lease and new tenant is complaining of the bass.

The complex isnt built extremely well so noise is overall an issue.

What should I do??

Ive reached out to owner, reached out to HOA president ans HOA. They have been somewhat helpful but legally what can I do?

6 full years till I hit rule of 80

For Context, 22 year veteran math teacher working in title 1 school in a district that pays into SS.

With incentives (TIA) and all my stipends I hope for my 5 year average to be 110k. 28 years of service will put me at 64.4% of that. Ill be 52 years old.

At 62 I plan on taking SS. That means I need 10 years of income to supplement my TRS.

I could continue to teach (28 years of title 1 math and poo poo admin) but im starting to see my burnout on the horizon.

Questions...

How much is TRS taxed and how much does tbe TRS medical insurance cost?

Tight hips/legs and foot tingling

Been a dealing with lower back pain for a few years. Had some nerve tingling a few months ago that went away and was feeling better. This week had been rough, lots of hip flexor tightness, tingling and overall soreness in lower extremities.

My MRI isnt horrible but DD at L5S1.

Anyone dealt with tight hips, legs and nerve pain in feet? And if so how did you manage, & if you had surgery did it help?
