The ranked experience
If you are under plat you will have people throwing your games intentionally, afk with macros and even if they just leave you will still barely get compensated. If you are plat or over you are against rubys every few games, I’ve went from 30k to 23k very quickly and 5k of the loss was afk teammates or people throwing, ended up with the same guy who thrown 3 times in a night. Obviously the 2k i lost from just bad games is fully on me but im not really sure what I can do, I dont feel like ranked is as fun as it was before because the distribution is so bad this season. And I’ve actually started noticing Smurfs. I hadn’t seen many obvious ones before and now a load of level 22 demons absolutely destroying people, you can say it’s a skill issue and fair enough, but plat is top 4 ish % so I’m not THAT bad at least compared to the majority of players, im by no means the best obviously but most players are just going to have a terrible time with ranked, I do normally enjoy it a lot and wanted to go for diamond, but losing so much through little fault of my own doesn’t motivate me to play too much

Controller?
I’m a controller player on the finals looking to improve, I find aim training on controller sort of weird and it doesn’t translate to the game nearly as well as m&k, any advice? (My aim is very average right now and I’m trying to get “good” aim) any specific playlists or activities I should do?

Finally decided to build a pc and leave console behind, at a pretty terrible time by the looks of things, I am looking at a 9070xt with 7600x so am5 of course, but holy shit the ram prices are worse then I thought, do I buy 1x16 for now and buy another later on? I’m already pushing my budget but I’d rather not have to get a worse gpu or cpu, Ive got less than £50 in aesthetics so cutting back there isn’t going to make a huge difference

I know it’s better but is it a few hundred better? I’m aware this is probably not the first time this has been asked but i was looking at the AOC AGON Pro AG276QZD2 27" and am very tempted, my pc can max out the 240hz at 1440p in many games

I will play the finals, rust and a few small games, windows 11 and a few apps like for my controller, and to control my rgb, and make content but I don’t plan to keep my videos on my pc, just to make it and upload them get rid, do I need 2tb now or can I get away with 1tb? Is a cruicial E100 gen 4 good enough?
