Barrel stuck in receiver part way

I got the barrel stuck in the receiver, with the barrel barely inside the receiver.

I was trying to use a heat gun to heat up the receiver, but I applied it for as long as 5 minutes, repeated times, but it's still wasn't enough room for the barrel to slide in.

Now that they are stuck together, what are my options? Apply the heat gun just to the threads and hope they expand enough to get the barrel out? Can I throw this combo in the oven or will and the barrel expand with receiver and they will stay stuck?

TL;DR: Hired as an A/R and A/P person, but have been doing the work of a NetSuite Developer for ~1.5 years. I'm going to ask for a wage correction (raise). What should I be paid? I'm thinking $50/hour to $75/hour. We typically pay our 3rd party contractors $180-200/hour.

Hi, y'all. I'm relatively new to the NetSuite world, and I could use some guidance on what I should be paid as a NetSuite Developer. I'm located in MT, work remotely part-time (hourly wage), and work for a company in my city.

I have a degree in CS from UC Berkeley. I've done a handful of software engineering internships (most notably Amazon), and I was in a junior software engineer role for ~6 months. I took some time away from work due to health issues, and ~1.5 years ago I started at my current company part-time doing A/R and A/P work. I almost immediately started automating parts of my works and I've been doing primarily development work ever since, still part-time due to my health issues.

I am proficient in saved searches, workflows (approval, scheduled, etc.), client scripts, user event scripts, map-reduce scripts, SuiteQL, creating custom fields and records, creating custom forms, and creating html PDF templates. I've only done one Mass Update script and one Suitelet script. I've never used/created a Restlet script. I've never used SuiteTalk or SuiteAnalytics.

I've even had to fix some work that has been done my previous and current contractors.

Recently my company implemented the "NetSuite - Amazon" prebuilt app in Celigo, and I ran point on implementing that. I've also stood up one custom flow in Celigo.

Currently, I am running point on converting a cloud-hosted application into a docker container that can be run locally. This application was created by 3rd party consultants before my time at the company, and they are charging us an arm and a leg to host and maintain it. I very well may end up duplicating their work in SimaPro if my company cannot come to an agreement with the consulting firm.

I have a non-technical supervisor in the accounting department who acts more like a PM for me. I give him daily updates and he doesn't bother me unless there's an issue or urgent request. Nobody else in my company can do what I do. My company used to rely on Wipfli and other firms, but we are phasing them out as I pick up more of their work; saving the company a ton of money.

When I started at this company, I received a wage of $25/hour and I never bothered to ask for a raise b/c I thought this would be a temporary role. Since my health has not improved, it is looking like this will be a long-term role for me. Since I'm now facing the prospect of going on SSDI, it is time for me to ask for a title change and wage correction to be paid appropriately for my skills.

I'm thinking of asking for between $50/hour and $75/hour. Is this a reasonable ask? For comparison, we pay our current contractor ~$180/hour for non-dev work and $200-250/hour for dev work.

I've got some fixed iron sights and I'm using the primary arms red dot to get my RDS above them. I can still utilize the iron sights because the riser is skeletonized.

I figured out that I would have space to mount a Holosun 3x magnifier behind the first mount if I flipped the first riser around. However, I can't actually mount the holosun 3x magnifier to the PA riser, bc it is intended to mount to a pic rail.

So, I'd like some suggestions on how to mount the magnifier, please!

if I can't mount the magnifier this high, I will probably just switch to a 3x prism.

Hey y'all. To make a long story short, last November I went from being mostly normal to being stuck in the house all day, and only being able to work 3 hours per day in small chunks. I know that's more than a lot of people are capable of, but to me it has been crushing.

So I'm now a 28m who works part-time, is broke, hardly leaves the house, and lives with his mom.

I feel like my love life is officially over, and I'll never be in a relationship or even just have sex again.

Rant over. This disease fucking sucks.
