Krishna was a likeable character despite his lies up until now. Because in the most recent episode, he was acting like he did a favour upon Sangam by saving her, and was using the fact that he helped her escape to make her feel guilty for what occurred. Sangam’s reaction was completely justified and I think anyone would be angered if they were told such a big lie, especially by the person they placed so much trust in. Fine, Krishna risked his life for Sangam, but everything was at stake for Sangam as well. Its not fair for Krishna to act like he made a bigger sacrifice and to sweep his own mistakes under the rug through guilt-tripping and manipulating Sangam. Even if he has been brought up in difficult situations, it still doesn’t excuse his actions and behaviour. Not done, Krishna.

As most of you may know, there was a very controversial show released in the past called Pehredaar Piya Ki, so controversial that there was a petition to ban it and it went off air. Later, a sequel to it with a leap was released called Rishta Hum Likhenge Naya. But I was surprised to know, as you may be as well, that this controversial show and its sequel were produced by none other than SSP productions. Because I watched Barrister Babu, another show of theirs, which was a much better executed show though not flawless, I genuinely thought the production company was against detrimental practices such as child marriage. But I just learnt that they made such a controversial show and then justified this kind of a show with a leap, and I find that very disgusting. I genuinely think that these kinds of shows involving child marriage and minors should stop being made, firstly because their fanbases are so horrible in that they promote adultxminor relationship (if you know how horrible Rimjhim’s and BB’s fanbases are, you know) and secondly because these shows usually end up going against the message they want to give, by including leaps and all that. In short, please end shows like Seher, Rimjhim, Balika Vadhu, Mera Baalam Thanedaar, BB, Pehredaar Piya Ki and Rishta Hum Likhenge Naya. Keep adult and minor relationships platonic and only platonic, please and thank you.

What do you think of this show? I just finished the first episode and I find it interesting and refreshing that the ML, Shaurya, is not supportive of his gf Shagun in her dreams, and that the unwillingness to support her is due to his trauma from his own mother focusing on her career. I have high expectations for this show and I hope they don’t ruin or butcher the show moving forward.
