What can I do with this?

It was an accident, but I got a package of caviar that was tightly sealed and delivered surrounded by bags of ice, but it sat out for 3 days. I opened it, and it doesn't smell bad or anything. I am NOT going to eat it. What can I do with it? Can I rub it on my skin and then wash it off, because I've seen videos of people doing that for their skin? It was expensive and I'm not getting a refund.

Where's a place besides the typical online sites to look for an ES 350?

I'm looking for 2106-2018 Lexus ES 350 with lower mileage. I've looked at the typical sites online. Is there any lesser known way to find Lexuses for sale? Of course, the online pictures don't usually show the imperfections and potential repair items you see in person. Would it be wise to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection? They are costly so should I only do it after I've struck the deal on price I want?
Dealers are being funny because they are not budging when they talk to me but then I see them lowering the price a bit online.

Trading for an older model

We have a 2024 Lexus ES 350 whose lease is due soon. I didn't pick the car but now I'm driving it. We have the option to pay the lease off and sell it which we probably will. I used to drive a 2016 ES 350 and am used to less electronics on the car. I want something simpler and I want to change the color on the car. Am I crazy for wanting to sell to sell the 2024 ES 350 in almost new condition and get a 2017-2018 which will probably have some wear and things to fix? Some of the ones I'm looking at have not so bad mileage, from 55-72K miles. How much of a price difference should I expect between the two?

Color correcting an ashy green cotton gauze shirt

Never dyed clothes before. This shirt is 100% cotton gauze. I was told by AI some products to use are Dharma Fiber Reactive Procion Dye, or Jacquard Procion MX. Anyone have experience with these and can tell me the difference and which is best one?
Would it come out warmer toned? That's my only goal. I want to get rid of the ashy tone that washes me out. Should I use a very dilute warm golden yellow?
The shirt as is is on left. I was thinking of making it the middle color first, then if I want to make it warmer, adding more yellow to make it the color on right.

Which floor tile to go with the lighter counter and other things

I did AI imaging but it's not great. I like warm colors for my kitchen but want it to balanced, not overly warm everywhere, so bits of gray are ok. Cabinet company offered slightly off-white cabinets. I wanted in between a white and cream, a light cream, which I might have to pay extra to get color customized to be slightly warmer. My kitchen has no natural light so I am staying away from darker colors and too gray tones. I want more of a transitional look, not too modern, no too traditional. I have included sample pic (2nd pic) of counter I'm considering and pic of sample tiles #1-4. The last pic is the counter I was going to go with but decided it would have too much gray and be too busy. I was going back & forth about if the counters should be more dramatic or subtle because I want to make them the focal point. Being in SoCal, I want tile floors, not wood, in the kitchen. Easier maintenance. I plan to have standing mats.

I was wondering if #4 floor tile would look too same-same and compete with the counter as the focal point. I like it because it's a lighter color and has some subtle movement. #1-3 have stone color in them and will be darker and more uniform but still have slight pattern, they might balance the other warm elements in kitchen. But I don't want them to look like outdoor tile. The other smaller tile samples are pretty uniform in color and maybe too modern and plain for me. There is one that has a linear pattern across the tile but that might be too distinctive pattern. Which floor tile would you choose with the lighter countertop?

Issues with one contractor

  1. Water systems installer - independent

  2. I was going to pay $3200

  3. Southern California

I had issues with one contractor who did some questionable things on the contract and when asked about some things he left out that we talked about several times, backed out of a scheduled job at the last minute when we applied for permit and all. He thinks not requiring a signature and deposit gives him an out but we were very far into the process. HOA made me get a permit, btw, for the trenching part of job. I am having an extremely hard time finding someone with the same qualifications especially someone with workers comp in this field to do the job. He then offered to do only part of the job he was going to originally do and then backed out of that. I think he is projecting a past bad experience with someone else his office told me about onto this situation.

I tried to work it out with him but he does not want to. I was trying to find a replacement but not having luck finding someone who can do all the things AND has workers comp that city requires. What does it do to contractor besides potential fines, when the board gets involved, and let's say he is found to do unfair dealing?

Can GAL file opposition to Demurrer

Location: LA County, CA. If plaintiff hasn't secured attorney yet and Guardian ad Litem has been acting on behalf of limited capacity elderly Plaintiffs, can the Guardian AL oppose the Defendant's Demurrer so they don't miss the deadline, until they secure an attorney? Or will the judge reject it?

Culligan water system

I'm having so many issues with trying to set up a permanent water softening system, especially with having to trench a drain line right outside my place because inside won't work... I decided to look into alternatives. I just got a phone quote from Culligan- the portable exchange tanks for water softeners don't seem that expensive at $55 a month on a 5 year contract. Unless they're not telling me something. Can anyone give me insight?

Which insulation to go with

The insulation installer is telling me it really doesn't make a difference in getting mineral based insulation like Rockwool versus conventional Fiberglass when it comes to deterring rodents. He says what matters is the exclusion or sealing all the openings where they might come in. Do you think it's true that the insulation type won't matter? Should I save $1500 to just do the cheaper Fiberglass and spend the money elsewhere?

Type of wood of cabinets

I am considering a cabinet maker that uses rubberwood rather than maple for the cabinets. Has anyone had experience with rubberwood, and are they in decent condition after 30 years or more prone to warping?

36" range or 30" wall oven with side-opening door?

I need to get a new oven. I currently have a 30" wall oven. I was wondering if I should get that again with a side-opening door, or if I should get a 36" range where the 36" cooktop is now. I was wondering if having an oven higher up where you don't have to bend as low really does become a factor as you age. I am thinking what I will want for the next 10 years.

Non-SMART/Wifi 36" range with convection oven

I'm looking for a low-tech 36" range that has a convection oven. I am wondering if there are places I can get older or floor/display/ scratched & dented models of Wolf all gas or dual fuel ranges. Also is there such thing for Bluestar?
For Wolf, that would be ranges pre-2018. The models would be GR366, GR364G, DF366, DF364G.
